hey want to recommend "TheKneesovertoesguy" his exercises have helped a lot of people, including his mother who is in her 70's i believe, she can run at full sprint. He himself is in his forties and plays like a teenager full of life. Check it out!

Why would ut ger in there? It's a cage in front of the prop to prevent stuff being sucked in. On the back the air flow will prevent stuff coming near.
