@@dbfan199 Thats not them pocketing evidence thats just them not presenting evidence. Phoenix and Maya literally put evidence into their pockets.

2:17:02 It might be a bit an exageration when you add killers to the list of enemies, but when talking just about legal battles before Godot all the prosecutors Phoenix met were just focused on wanting to win and nothing else, meanwhile from his perspective Godot guided the trial so that even if he lost he would have removed the alibi of a suspect for another crime, with the exception of that time Von Karma suggested him to cross-examine the parrot after he trained her to avoid talking about DL-6 (which ended up not working) that was arguably the most 4D chess move that Phoenix has been victim of in the courtroom, so he is understandably shook.
I found NicoB in 2016 right as Spirit of Justice came out and I watched him let’s play that game. Been watching ever since.

You do not have to play all the Layton games to play the crossover. It was made with new players in mind. It’s a great game. It’s just unfortunate that it took Takumi away from the main series, so they started to make some without him.

As an avid YOVG watcher and Crystal visual novel game watcher, this was not the crossover I expected to see but I'm all here for it.
When I was younger, I really enjoyed Godot as a prosecutor, his witty but cool remarks and his laid-back yet standoffish demeanor.
Then I grew up past the 7th grade and realized since he really isn't all that.
I mean it is meant to me comical..not actually like deep.
I think he's a good character, but he's a pretty poor prosecuter. It's funny Wright calls him his biggest threat, because he's probably the least threatening prosecuter in the series.
There really must be a solution to the problem of the guest's voices cutting out whenever they talk too loudly or with a high pitch voice.
I unironically actually love Larry, he's great. Maybe it's because i also have horrible luck, but i actually love him
