It isn't... it's from Paddy Casey's "Sweet Suburban Sky", altho' he didn't actually got the melody from there, but subconciously wrote something similiar - he got the okay of Paddy to use it, as he's his friend, tho'. ;)
At this time it was a really new song, there's still no studio version of this released, he has acknowledged the fact that the songs are really, really close, those kind of thing happen, there's not billions of chords, lots of melodies have things in common, every songwriter has written a song heavily inspired before something else without realising it before talking of rip-off, remember it's just a song on the internet he played forr your pleasure, he got neither money nor fame from this
