You are doing great on your progress! I know it takes a lot of hardship, but you're getting there. Keep up the good work! Also, i subscribed to your channel! I loved your video!
I dont think it was the practice of the same artwork. That's a great gauge of what you've learned but your studies between each drawing are what are showing the results. Your progress is looking great. Keep it up!
@@Axiom_MC thank you ! I agree I just kind of used the same pose to at least try to show myself there was improvement 😂 I didn’t feel like i was if I didn’t
For the arms do you also use circle or do you try to use cubes ?? Thanks for the help though ! And yah I would like to try no reference I really struggle without reference 😂🙃
the improvements insane, i love it. i'd recommend gettiing reference pictures and giving yourself a 1-30 minute timer to draw it. it helped me a lot atleast
@@xeshari ooooo that’s a good idea is using timers ?? Like you could even force yourself to get faster with doing 5 minute ones a day thank you though!!
i did this exact method of trace then free hand when just starting with figure drawing and its quite nice as a learning tool but what really helped my improvement was at the same time referencing a professionals drawing and how they use straights and curves or where they put focus! Maybe theres a specific artist like chomang that you love their anatomy i think its a useful exercise referencing them!
@@alexasbagel ya maybe really try to do a specific artist and study them I love chomang but I also love Sam does arts so maybe I’ll try to watch more of there anatomy and pose videos thank you for the advice! 🤝
So, this is just on that piece of yours, the girl with the tori gate. 1. I really like the mood and color choices you went with here. It's vibrate and it has personality. Lighting and shadows work really well, imo. Technically, the road perspective is a bit wonky/messy, but I still kinda like the messiness of the it, if that makes sense? Ironically, perspective and backgrounds are something i've been putting off, myself, as I work on anatomy. My reasoning is I'd rather learn to draw a person first from every perspective out there and then worry about stuff like clothes, background placement, etc afterwards.
Thanks!! I’m kinda the same how it’s like why not learn how to draw people then get better at backgrounds and settings and stuff but I appreciate it idk why but I hated the piece of the girl with the Tori gate lol

Tip: use cylinder for hand and leg and use Cube on body. It's for male and female. Also try to draw without reference 😊😊
