My husband is Japanese and I’m American. So to me it’s interesting to see how different things are and how Japan works. More of what they do and stuff. When I have a kid I know I’ll definitely be living in Japan. Do to that my family don’t care for me and that my husband family loves him and they will be grandparents. Soooo I think Japan will be great.
Those Japanese Summer fireworks are always a magnificent sight to behold! This time you even got to watch it from a prime location! 😁 Sarah's has produced some quality wares that are cute on top! Great she was able to sell all of them, the new owners will be happy with their new companions 😊
I think that has to have been 1 of the 2 BEST fireworks displays I have ever seen in my entire life! I have lived all over the world, and I honestly think this one is tied for the BEST with one I saw on July 4th in Germany, on the Air Force Base we were stationed on there! They were both very different, but BOTH were spectacular Events! Only 1 thing would have made THIS one better! TO HAVE BEEN THERE, IN JAPAN, IN PERSON and been able to enjoy THE ENTIRE thing!!
Anna with her hands out with the fireworks behind her made me think of Jubilee from the X-Men! Lol My favorite fireworks are the golden weeping willow, the ones that make the static sounds, and the super loud earth rattling boomers. I like the boomers cuz my uncle liked them, cuz he was hard of hearing and he would feel the sound through the ground with the big boomers. So those type of fireworks reminds me of my uncle. 💜 Some of those colorful fireworks i never see in America, and im very jealous of y’all.
Wowww! Nate, you captured them fireworks perfectly. What amazing shots! It was such an experience even for me just watching this episode. Thank you, Nate, for this!
Sarah's stuffies are SO cute! I would've absolutely bought one if I was there omg Also the fireworks show reminds me of my childhood - a church group would have a pool party on the 4th, and the man's house they had it at was right on the golf course where the fireworks show was. So cool (once I got over my fear of them lol)
That was awesome! Extremely nice of your friends to invite you over for an awesome fireworks view 🎉 💥✨💫🌟 Big applause 👏 to Sarah on her small business startup 😊!
The stuffies and keychains are so cute! Well done! Crossing my fingers your paperwork will get worked on super fast! Wow what a fireworks show. Amazing! Happy Weekend you guys!
We had an amazing local fireworks show one year. They passed out these special glasses that gave a 3-D, kaleidoscope effect, and it made the show look amazing! They were only shooting off plain, white fireworks with no colors whatsoever, but the patterns they shot them in were reacting with the glasses in amazing and beautiful ways! The crowd oohed and ahhed and squealed with delight! But the crowd across the river didn't have the glasses because they didn't come to the "official" show! Lol. I bet they were over there wondering why we were all squealing at plain white fireworks all night! 😂😂😂
Hiya from England that was some amazing fireworks and congratulations to sarah for selling out her stuffies they looked really good, how often do they put on the fireworks in japan?
Sara bara .. Capybara! I want to know if Sarah knows how her name is rhyming with such majestic animals .. and is there a chance I am introducing her to her animal friends forever? :D .. Also, does Sarah has a favourite animal and if she does, what is it? I am so happy to see this house is much bigger so the kids are able to have more space. You all worked hard to be here ..
@@LIJI remember my Mom feeling similar, although to a much lesser degree, when my American family moved to middle of nowhere, rural England when I was in seventh grade. My little sister and I picked up the local accent very, very quickly and started learning British vocabulary quickly (I did almost flunk one of my first math units because it relied really heavily on British vocabulary that I could not understand yet, especially since it was spoken in my teacher’s thick northern accent that sounded nothing like the local accent in southwestern England). My dad also picked up on British vocabulary fairly quickly thanks to work, but my Mom was not allowed to work thanks to visa regulations, so she didn’t pick up the accent or vocabulary as quickly as we did and had a harder time adjusting to England than the rest of us did. Luckily, it was still the same basic language, so she could get by, but the rest of us were definitely able to integrate much faster (Mom took on a volunteer position at my sister’s primary school after six months or so and that really helped her pick up the vocabulary). My Dad had the chance to get orders to Germany, but he wanted us to live on the economy and go to local schools, so he was able to persuade his commanding officers to send him to England instead of being in mini-America that Germany would have been since we would have been on base. Somewhat ironically, my secondary school in England had me learn Latin, French, and German and then I stuck with German in high school and college in America and got my little sister into German as well, so I think we would have loved living on the economy in Germany and would have picked up German fairly well at school (but I know that would have been much more challenging for my parents).
A random question that I've wondered about. Since the twins are in the Japanese school system, when they reach HS are they allowed to play sports for their Japanese High School? Or would that have to be done at an International School? I know they each enjoy running from your previous videos of their Sports Days..
They could do sports now, it's just that it dominates your life at 7 days a week, and they'd rather not do that. If at some point they found a team that wasn't so intense, I think they'd truly go for it.
Oh no.. looks like one of those.. Tribbles from.. Star Trek.. on top of your camera. Be warned they breed very fast and can become a real infestation....good luck!!!!📷 😳😬😱🖖❤🇯🇵

Good luck!
The ending fireworks that reminds me off weeping willows/cherry trees is my favorite. It sure was a fun night for everyone.
That's my favorite too!
This was a great episode. The joy of the fireworks and the hearts of the people gathered to watch was totally in sync! Cheers from New Zealand.

Wow Japan really knows how to do fireworks! That was one of my favorite life in Japan episodes!
Awesome! Thanks for lettings us know :)
They can’t change the date of a holiday or festival for the wind
Wow! How nice viewing of Japanese fireworks & also filming works 🎉🫶✨
I haven’t watched in a while and I cannot believe how old the twins look! 😢 they’re all growing up so fast!
Welcome back - keep coming!

Loved how you captured the fireworks! Wow what a display they put on for the festival! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks Cindy!

Sarah Chan should definitely make and sell more cuddly friends if she is willing, they are so adorable!! Much love from NY
🌸🌸Was looking forward to FRIDAY for this..🌸🌸
Yay! Thank you!

@@LIJ oh no, it was Dayton, Ohio! It only happened one year, but it was just wow!
Awesome fireworks dude! Amazing display!

I’m so jealous your kids can speak fluent Japanese and I’ve been studying for years and can only speak survival Japanese.
Imagine how we feel as their parents and also learning Japanese!

Firecrackers exploding were designed to imitate the sound of bamboo exploding when you put it in a fire
We've actually tested that- it's true.
