So four years ago I started my Weight loss and have been consuming seafood snackers a product from transocean. Each pack is 80 Calories 0g Fat 100mg Omega-3 and 6g Protein. I was 235, now 170. I eat one pack daily with fruit on the side. Doing this allows me to eat anything from time to time.
The amount of rice (if available you might want to substitute white rice with brown rice ), is small ,so I get rolls with tuna, octopus, conch ,raw scallops with avocado, adding small amounts of avocado can help you feel fuller and avocado is an excellent source of soluble fiber and good fats and oils . If you do not want rice at all have sashimi with a couple of slices of avocado half an avocadoAlso you may want to eat a banana after eating sashimi .
I love 🍣! I was addicted at one time until w/sushi bars/boat style..until I got really sick…So the best time to eat for me these days are only special occasions. Also, metals like mercury makes me think twice about having it more than twice a month…so it depends on the person but very helpful info for dieters Dr.!🤙🏾🙏🏽

The brown rice is better idea is actually very false. Look it up
Using Sashimi for my pre-op diet for sleeve surgery I have it with a salad (Salmon and Yellow fin Tuna)
