What to do if they dont listen to u and say that ill cook as i want to and everytime u say to make a correction they just start saying that i work in all other homes thay never say anything only u just comment in my work and even they start Gaslight u

Thanks you've described all points I already follow and encourage my neighbour hood to do the same, however we in Delhi are facing a major crunch in honest maids. No matter how kind you're to them, they tend to fleece and blackmail you if you don't meet their demands, which are pretty unreasonable at times. It's a catch 22 situation. you can't do without them and you can't tolerate their arm twisting tantrums

You explain this very well. Taking tips from you fir my future because I dint see myself as a house wife and ill always be busy with work. This is very helpful. But my mother is always on and off with maids and she makes all the mistakes you mentioned, as yk our parents are stubborn idk how to explain her all of this she'll never understand sadly. Always causing chaos in house fighting with maids

what is your suggestion on live in maids? my kid is just 2yrs old and i am facing a lot of turmoil. @SuperMOM Mitali
You must have a live in maid .. why not? Makes things easy

What about the extra money as tips they keep on asking apart from the paying the deserved salary
Pay them if they really deserve it … otherwise don’t!
@@SuperMOMMitali if you don't they leave and don't let others work too. It's not as easy as you have described. Please someone make a video on how to deal with toxic maids
Secondly my cook a lady she is regular in her work but a person cannot be perfect in all way and that I wanna tell that she uses to talk with our neighbours a lot and always used to collect masala information of others and share with us which m not liking to listen those stuffs?
Personally … I don’t like to cut salary … rather I may make it a point to show my displeasure for sometime …. And then get back to routine but cutting salary doesn’t work for me !

If you are paying them really high and yet they take paid leaves it becomes extortion and they take it for granted and keep taking leaves for week or more
do you ladies give them salary as paycheck and know about minimum wage. if not move your bums and shed some fat and diy
Salary as paycheck means? It’s not about working hard it’s all about working smart!
How much do you pay for cleaning home and what does it include ? Do you have a maid for cooking also separately if so how much they take?@@SuperMOMMitali
