Hi, thanks for making such a detailed video. I have two inquiries: 1) Can I flash global firmware? 2) Can I use TWRP recovery? regards.
global rom can be flash with mi flash tool fastboot method and can be flash full recovery rom file with twrp, but recovery flashing some time gives error, fastboot method is 100 percent ok

Some roms don't work on the indian version, in the name of the zip or the xda thread it usually says if it is surya, karna or surya&karna

I installed BGMI game but it says enable storage access in settings
I tried but there is no option to access files what to do help
check going to settings then to apps and tap to select the particular app then check permissions

And media and file are not the same
