Man I don't even own a side by side or anything. Cleetus brought me over to your channel. I continue to watch because your crew is as genuine as the Cleetus crew. All are real cool group of guys and happy you are getting the experience and Cleetus knows this and thats why hes glad to have you all as friends as well. Keep it up. Thank you for the content.
Sooo. where to begin. This gets me old heart a pounding for sure . Thanks to YOU guys, and Cleetus and crew, for getting an old guy excited about toys again. It is great to see young people with this gene in their system. The internet has allowed people from all over to get together, new friendships are born and memories made. Inspiration is shared. Guys like me get back into it, and buy new rides...my Sous Edition Turbo S is a prime example. I think you guys need to find a beat YXZ and do some fab work. Stretch it out a touch, set it up for straight line pavement. I also think Cleetus and crew need to drag their butts up to the spring raceday show. There will be people that won't see the fact that this is happening is good for all of us in the motorsports community, there always have been those people. Mixing it up a bit and doing different things exposes all of us to other options. Seeing a YXZ we have all fallen in love with, built buy one of our own, wearing Hoosiers and yanking the front wheels on a drag strip is about as different as you can get.
8.46 162 what!!! Leo I was into drag racing before SXS's and that was a nice pass and you looked like you have done that a lot I'm impressed it takes balls just to hop in and drive a 8 sec car most people don't realize how fast that really is Heck yeah dude 👍.
Justin Fee no kidding I don't have experience with drag racing, but Iv ridden in just a plane Jane grand sport from 0 up to 150 and the exeleration was insane, with just 300 and something HP. Could not imagine launching 1000hp.
One day i stumbled on Cleetus' channel by accident, and maybe 4 videos in there was this weird collab video about him flying to the michigan, getting picked up from airport with massive rig full of side by sides and awesome fellas. Now i have watched almost all of your old videos and maybe half of cleetus' stuff. Keep them videos coming!
Recommended that last video too!!! I have the GYTR 70/30 kit in mine and I added the Weller OD to keep top speed which allows me to still hit 80mph @ redline.

I'm wondering the same. Probably could make 12lbs of boost on the 1 liter engine if it's making 5lbs on the cobalt with a 2.2L. I vote Torque Amp the RS1 since it's lacking space for a normal turbo kit
Someone tell Dougie Im renting the 2020 YXZ 1000r with the RC2 Suspension in January out Ocotillo Wells in Southern California. I think the redesign of the 19/20 YXZ has made the necessary changes to make Dougie fall in love the YXZ all over again.
Armchair mechanic thought, maybe try some drag radial style tires in the future on the yxz to maybe give a little bit of that forgiving slip at the launch.

I remember a few years ago when I first found your channel Sous was the reason I didn't subscribe. But after watching a bunch of videos Sous was the reason I subscribed eventually. Weird how that works.
Doug, I'm working on a tune for the MAP side of the fuel through Flashtune ECU using a 3 BAR sensor. I know Nate at ALBA already did something similar. With the boost you're making your fueling will be super unstable on boost without a real time manifold pressure reading. I currently am running a TPS only setup and it "works" on low (12 psi) boost but still lacks crispness. HAVE to go with the MAP tune. Awesome machine, I'm super excited for you.
