Ive tried most all the Korean fire noodle flavors, even some knock off ones .. my favorites are the habanero lime flavor and the carbo flavor .. I eat them probably once a week , and I like to add some chopped grilled marinated skirt steak or chicken from my local carniceria ! Easy and tasty meals! Much peace and love from Southern California ✌🏻🖤 Yo! I just realized the corn topping you made for this is almost like esquite! Just sub the shredded cheese for some crumbly cotija cheese and add some chili powder and or Tajin instead of sugar 😂 I wanna make an esquites noodles now!!

Really good recipe, you dont need the sugar since the mayo and corn has the added sweetness to balance the spice, id deffinetly consider adding in some protein maybe a diced shrimp stirfry with garlic and ginger to really elevate this to a whole new level!
