what's the difference between soy bean paste and black bean paste? when i search it up online it seems to be the same thing. is soy bean paste non spicy doubanjiang?

I love tofu. That's a nice recipe. Therefore, a clear LIKE. But it can't knock "Mapo Tofu" off the throne in my popularity scale. :)

This looks like a non-spicy mapo tofu. I make something similar with Mexican chorizo instead of the ground pork.
