There's no reason Adam would have eaten the apple as he and Lilith already had free will from the start. The example being that Adam demands Lilith serve him and she refuses, this shows that they both already had free will before Lucifer came around well Eve was stated to need the apple, so if she's in heaven or hell because of the apple we don't know anything for certain.

Lilith is Heaven because Adam knew she could eventually start redemption so he wanted to keep an eye on her. He didn't think Charlie could carry out her mother's plan, they 'll know when they see Sir Pentious. Lilith will know Charlie has succeeded, then the sparks will fly.
I hate that theory so much. First off I want a complex written Lilith. Second if Eve disguised herself as Lilith why didn’t she keep up with Lucifer and Charlie to “keep up” appearances? There is no reason for Eve to be in heaven and use Lilith’s face to simply make a deal with Adam. Lilith is going to be a complex written character. If feel she probably feels guilty for giving Eve the apple and accidentally releasing Roo that she would do anything to stop Roo and protect her family. Even if she does questionable things.

I think Eve/Roo is imprisoned on Hell’s which might be Purgatory a realm between realms. She’s been waiting for the perfect opportunity to take control of Hell and have her vengeance towards all that wronged her.
Well some fans think that eve could be the root of evil or eve might be Lilith and Lilith still missing but eve might be hiding her identiy so no one can see her real face since we don't know where eve is
I heard once the theory that this lilith is realy an imposter because in one of the first scenes, she has a pearl necklace and in all the pictures where charlie grew up, she hasnt had one and in the end, a diffirent one. I think that this may be true but im not sure
