- Boxing had been one of my first passions getting into martial arts, it got me out of a very depressing time in my life, and it gave me something to focus on.
I've idolized Manny Pacquiao for so long, his life's story of rags to riches gave me inspiration to keep going even when things got tough.
Years have passed, and my life did get a lot better, in fact I ended up marrying a Filipina, (not because of Manny....I don't think?) and I've been to the Philippines multiple times now. I've seen the life some live, and on my bucket list it was to be able to do some boxing there too. Boxing is like a national sports there, aside from basketball of course.
This content is to help those who want to try do some boxing in Cebu, Philippines.
What to expect, the level of fitness, and skills you may need to encounter.
From my previous content I've travel to Thailand to do Muay thai, and I'd hope to one day share my Shaolin trip too. I find that traveling and doing martial arts to be one of the best way to immerse yourself into a culture.
