Deputy State Security Minister Zizi Kodwa says people are being paid to destabilise the country and cause panic. He says the riots and looting of shopping malls are no longer about a campaign for the release of former president Jacob Zuma but attempts to sabotage the country's economy.
Kodwa visited Maponya Mall in Soweto where residents are guarding it against looters....While others prepare to bury loved ones who died during looting sprees in the area.
