3 months ago, my partner and I launched our AI SaaS focused on real estate developers in LATAM. In just three months, I’ve signed 6 of the top 10 real estate developers in my country-huge clients, paying 5k+ monthly fees. Very soon, we will expand into other developing countries in LATAM, as well as Africa, India, and Southeast Asia. The big companies of the future are being founded RIGHT NOW. Take a leap of faith, find a solution that businesses need, and become one of those game-changers. The market is yours for the taking.
@@adrientsang9537 luckily my co-founder is technical, but we first started no-code tools, and actually got our first clients that way. some time later we started developing ourselves since costs were reduced drastically. my advise would be, find the right technical founder and give him 50% of your idea.
The mindset transition from competing to collaborating is very very amazing. That has shown how awesome you are. Your channel has inspired me a lot and now I’m also starting inspiring others. Thanks for the positive energy. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I love the business advice you are putting out on your channel. I will change some of my own approaches in my buisness. It has been wondeful following your personal and professional evolution. I look forward to more of your content.
"Shiney object syndrome" is just perniscious. You can do ANYTHING but you have to do SOMETHING! I'm always having to reign my CEO in. It's like, "No, we don't NEED anymore ideas. We have too many now!" 😅
Mistakes are most times unavoidable but your reaction afterwards is what matters. My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.
I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have, making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.
I think she trades for everyone I meet. I met her twice at a meeting in Germany and after her lectures from Ella I had to personally ask her to be my financial advisor. she is definitely good.
I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.
I was not clear on the 4th Mistake. Are you doing the exploration milestone and then charge the customer? Or charge the customer and then do the exploration milestone.
Thanks for the breakdown! Could you help me with something unrelated: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
AI Entrepreneurship: Top 5 Regrets and Learnings 1. What is the biggest mistake Liam made when hiring AI developers for his agency? Liam's biggest hiring mistake was relying on Upwork to find top-rated AI developers. He learned that these freelancers were often overloaded with clients, leading to unresponsiveness and ultimately, project failures. 2. What is a better approach to finding reliable AI developers? Instead of focusing on generic platforms like Upwork, Liam recommends seeking developers who understand your specific business model and the AI solutions you offer. He suggests looking for individuals who might not be marketing superstars but possess a strong understanding of your target technologies and solutions. 3. Why does Liam regret not systematizing his content production earlier? Although Liam achieved significant growth through content creation, he believes he could have achieved more by implementing a systematic approach sooner. He initially resisted becoming a "content guy," but realized that consistent, high-quality content is crucial for establishing authority and reaching a wider audience. 4. What advice does Liam give regarding "shiny object syndrome" in the AI space? The rapid evolution of AI presents countless opportunities, making it easy to get sidetracked. Liam stresses the importance of learning to say "no" to opportunities that don't align with your core business goals. He suggests evaluating new opportunities based on their long-term potential and likelihood of success compared to your current endeavors. 5. How did Liam improve his agency's sales process and close rate? Liam and his business partner introduced "exploration milestones" into their sales process. After an initial discovery call, they would charge a fee for a feasibility study and prototype development. This helped financially qualify potential clients and significantly increased their close rate for full projects. 6. Why is collaboration more beneficial than competition in the AI space? Liam emphasizes the power of collaboration over competition. He believes that connecting with other creators and entrepreneurs in the AI space fosters idea exchange, provides support, and opens doors to new opportunities. Building a network of collaborators can accelerate your learning and growth. 7. What is the key takeaway from Liam's experience with competing versus collaborating? Shifting from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset, where everyone can succeed together, fosters a more supportive and enriching environment. By collaborating with others in the AI space, you can tap into a collective pool of knowledge, resources, and support, leading to greater success for everyone involved. 8. What are Liam's final thoughts on his AI journey and the mistakes he made? Liam acknowledges that his mistakes were valuable learning experiences, and while he wouldn't change his journey, he hopes sharing his regrets can help others avoid similar pitfalls. He encourages aspiring AI entrepreneurs to embrace collaboration, prioritize content creation, and carefully select opportunities that align with their long-term goals.

Yea that’s not clear to me either
He charges them for exploitation milestone before that way even if they back off he’s still making the effort he’s putting in worth it
