I really do like the introductory story bits in these Burning Sands videos. The missions are great, but the back story and world building really gives a sense of what is at stake in the battle.
At 3:21:45 I just want to point out that if the controller says "Break, break" that means they are now addressing a different aircraft, and therefore the first aircraft doesn't need to readback. It's often used on busy frequencies. I do admit that I did make a mistake here, as I read somewhere break break shouldn't be used on landing clearances, due to the nature of this stage of flight. Ps Typhoon flight sorry I was quite unproffesional and quite direct towards you when you where returning, I just had Damascus Control screaming in my ear over intercom "No I didn't No I didn't! XD" In all seriousness, every aircraft that I interacted with did a great job overall, especially considering the lack of experience many DCS pilots have with human ATC.
I CANT BELIEVE WE WERE ABLE TO SQUEEZE 1500 GROUND UNITS INTO A MISSION! That was nuts! Make sure to check out Fox 3 as their servers were instrumental in helping make this possible! www.fox3ms.com/ Also make Sure to Check out the Digital Controllers if you are interested in learning how to be a ATC, TAC C2 or ACI/GCI Controller! discord.gg/8qXDBVs2XU If you're interested in how the storyline of Operation Burning Sands got us to this point make sure to check out the Campaign Playlist!
Thank you man I am glad you enjoy them! You are more than welcome to join us! The fictional factions actually give me more Freedom to make things not only more fun but also more realistic within the confines of DCS World!
Sorry I missed this mission sailing in the Mediterranean, not sorry for the reason - awesome to see this, and can't wait for the next! My probable hungover, but recovering, butt will be there
This mission was pretty interesting from the tomcat perspective, too bad I pulled too hard dodging a missile. But at least I punched out safely and got my grid off to my flight. Maybe that will be important in the future. . . Who knows? Anyway great video as always spud!
SPUD! My guy! This is amazing! I'm building a rig for DCS now, I hope to fly with you soon man. I'm 100% down to run long missions with you once a week when I get up and running. Hope to fly with you soon bud, keep up the excellent work!
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_F-15_losses This is a list of losses involving the F-15 including the F-15 Eagle, F-15E Strike Eagle, Mitsubishi F-15J and other F-15 variants. None have been confirmed as lost by air-to-air combat.[1] HHAAAHAa.. She was going to be the first ever to do it... Yeah honey, sure go ahead, right after you get your own plane to do it in.

I’d love to watch that GIC/AIC view of these missions
Love that you are doing these large scale, hyper-realistic missions! Thanks for sharing and I am working on honing my DCS skills - cheers!

See ya there dude!
Been here for 8 years now. So also bittersweet feelings as a viewer. 1tb became so famous over the years.
You CAN lock and kill aircraft with TPG and MAV's. Need Point Track not Area track. The MAV's will follow the target and hit it.
out standing gents, outstanding!
Super bummed out that I missed this one. See you in the next!
This is superb 🎉
Excellent video and looked like a GREAT mission. I wish I could have been part of it. The mission scripting was TOP NOTCH! WTG!!
Thanks for the awesome servers to make the missions work as intended!
Love these huge operation videos! Wish every session I play on DCS was like this. What's up with your mic? Sounds robotic, is it SRS being funky?
Seems to be an SRS Bug...
I had great fun! o7
greetings from DC and Damascus :) was a lot of fun
It was a blast! thats for sure!
So much fun every time thanks for organizing these.
Réglage Trackir parfait je trouve. Si un jour tu décides de partager tes réglages ;) suis preneur

You are more than welcome!
Great vid as always!
Oh man this looks like so much fun, how does one get into a group like this one? I would really like to be part of this!
How do you keep such good situational awareness of the battlefield I'm new but I want to learn on this
Do you use any mods for radio/coms/jtac operation here?
No mods, just using SRS and DCS Combined Arms!
Will DSC ever get VASI lights for the airports?
They are present at airports that have them IRL! and they are functional!
In which program you do the kneeboards?
