Nice cleaning job. You could try toothpicks instead of the screwdriver for the blade well, but I know it's not easy to get in there and do a job with anything. As a finishing touch, Renaissance wax will produce a nice lustre. It's not cheap but a 7oz/200ml tub will last a very long time.
