Im 12 with a 14.3 75m hurdle time and a 32.12 200m hurdle time.
I struggle with my lead leg and ive been watching videos and trying to improve

Everything was so true! Great things to fix, definitely some things most people wouldn’t think about. Great video, love how you addressed all the problems first and then gave the answers later in the video specified to the short or long hurdles👍
