When life says no, change your response

It's hard enough trying to get what you're working towards, so don't make your life harder but making emotional reactions. It's easier to be upset than it is to be logical in a moment of disappointment, but truly, think of the person you'd be next year before making that next move. It matters how you show up for yourself, let's talk about what we can do when this happens :)
