I think that "MUSIC 213" needs to explain why Tachibana fan's comment was deleted. Although inappropriate comment can be understood even if it is deleted, other than that, I think that it is a precious comment because it expresses the feelings of fans. 「ミュジック213」は、なぜ橘ファンのコメントを削除したのか説明する必要があると思います。不適切なコメントは削除されても理解できますが、それ以外は、ファンの気持ちを表したものですから貴重なコメントだと思うのですが。
Hello Yamada and thank for your comment. The answer is simple: Disabling comments from ALL GBA videos came at the request of the actual Green Band Association itself. As mentioned, there were too many negative comments when comparing Tachibana with other GBA groups.

今年のバンドはユニフォームが明るいね。音楽もメロディがはっきりしたものが多く、観ても聴いても楽しい。昨年より断然いい。ハワイ州が特に良かった。出し物のカートは低調で最後は故障のオマケまで。Thank you,music123。

橘に限らず、日本関係の動画はすべてコメント非表示にされたようです。
これが理由かはわかりませんが、最近は橘以外のチームを（橘と比較しながら）貶すようなコメントが散見され、残念な状況でした。
日本のファンも少し落ち着いたほうが良いのかもしれません。
大量のコメントから抽出して削除するのは、動画主さんにも負担でしょうし。
