I came from nothing I meant absolutely nothing. Adopted at 10 my mother gave me and my brother away to a local pastor. I've been physical ,sexual,and verbal abuse. Taken out of school at 12 years old didn't return until I was 18 years. It took me five years to get my GED, had a daughter at 20 years old she was 16 days old when she passed away. Struggled with PTSD,low self-esteem, depression but God. Now I have a bachelor's degree, mentoring program my book is in progress as we speak.
It is BIBLICAL to ASK so this is right on point. AMEN. Thank you for reminding us! Matthew 7:7-8 7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Concerning the Holy Scriptures it should be kept in it's context also with Matthew YOU should have continued that scripture from 8 to 11 pertaining to asking the Heavenly Father which Jesus Christ was speaking about

Lord knows I needed this today. I’m way too prideful. And I base my strength based on what I can take and achieve by myself. God doesn’t want that for me. Pride has affected my life and I could’ve been a lot further. But I’m so happy that I recognize that it’s pride. I can pray about it and get delivered from it and be better.
This was so freeing and confirmed that I made the right decision in asking for a raise earlier this week. Still waiting on a decision... and, seeking out other opportunities if necessary. I do remember working with a young lady at SCE over 20 years ago that would rather be parched all day instead of taking a $1 for a drink from the vending machine. Thank you, Ms. Lynn.

I’m a health care worker working for a Christian company I’m learning that when it comes to money God is not included they lean unto their own understanding rather than what Proverbs 3:5,6 which says acknowledge God in all thy ways andHe will direct your path.

Oh my goodness. I see myself in what you are saying. I am definitely a giver and use to always want to make sure I could help and make everybody happy. And the fact that I am in ministry to help others, I felt I was obligated to always be the rescuer. I was also raised when visiting family growing up not be going asking for nothing to eat and so forth and that was past down from my mom also. Lol. And I now at times find it hard to receive things when people offer me things. I would say, you dont have to do that, I am okay and so forth until I realized I am cutting my blessings short. In my mind I thought I am the one that was supposed to give, give & give and often in need myself. Thank you so much, wow I am so glad I stumbled across your channel or may I say the Lord led me to your videos. I am definitely inspired💖
