Wasn’t a huge Morse fan but no knock on his talent dude is amazing but McBride has the classic feel to these old songs. Looking forward to the new Lp hope to see them some day. I was 14 when Perfecf Strangers came out. So glad Ian , Roger and Ian are still the core

Hello nicok 509. You're right. Respect for 79 aged Ian Gillan's voice. But, at that age, quality is often dependant of casual circumstances and difficulties on stage. Personally, l prefer the outstanding work of Bob Ezrin the producer of Deep Purple on the studio recording of Now What?!, Infinite, Whoosh!, and recently =1. There's not the spontaneity and human warmth of staging shows, of course, but the sound and the efficacity of the band are those of the greatest timeless Deep Purple. Have a good listening of the new pieces of =1. I like a lot "Personal Door". 🎸🎹🎤🥁💜
