    Thank you for this demonstration. I can see how this can be very useful in our environment.
    On a separate note, a broken coffee maker should be a "1 - Critical" priority, not "4 - Low".

    Very informative, thank you! It would be of great value to see the video split up to chapters. So that when I want to look back at the video as a reference, I can quickly navigate to the part I am looking for. But otherwise, it's a great quick look at a functionality which could really take off in a few months!

    It seems that it does not in fact let you run from RITM or sc task created. is that true?

    We are facing issue in alignment of fields on playbook. Though we set an order for fields in data definition we are not able to see the same order on the playbook form. Can anyone have solution please let me know. Thanks in advance.
