Hi, Lisa, big fan of your series on Process Automation, specifically about Playbooks and Playbook Experiences! I am trying to find the CCL1061-K22 and CCL1062-K22 on-demand courses, but I could not find them on the Now Learing platform. I know the content is a couple of releases old, but as a novice with Workflow Studio I still think it will be helpful. Could you, please, let me know where I could find that? Thank you!

Hi there! Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad the content is useful to you.
We are indeed archiving older content on Now Learning, but we've also incorporated these courses into the mainline courses now. Check out:
      Intro to Playbooks: sn.works/CoE/PlaybookIntro
      Playbooks Fundamentals: sn.works/CoE/PlaybookFundamentals
And we're working on a Playbooks Advanced course that'll be published later this year or early next year.

super overcomplicated. The same issue is with the Mobile Builder. Instead of making it simple: build a step and set up how to validate it f.e. Validate Quantity on Purchase Order, validation for this step would be change of state on PO. Instead we get this, which looks like you need to spend few days on getting to know how to move around this thing and then next month of explaining it to customer
The idea was perfect, execution really poor

I'm sorry your start with playbooks was bumpy. We've invested a lot of work into improving the design experience since the products first came out. I'd like to encourage you to check out the latest versions of building playbooks in Workflow Studio and the improvements made to embedding playbooks on Next Experience pages with UI Builder.
