Hi James, awesome video. I love Swiss Coffee, and the whole color pallet you presented is great!
Swiss Coffee has been my go-to for several years now. Never disappoints!
I love the green you chose to go with Swiss Coffee.
Winner! Love the green!!
Had my walls painted swiss coffee and paired it with Chantilly lace trim. Love the clean look woth defined lines, my floor is a light warm maple
I love swiss coffee!!! It's just gorgeous ❤I paint my basement woth a tiny window the room looks amazing bright .this color is sophisticated 😂
It’s beautiful! I wish I would of gone with that for my bathroom . I went with pure white by Behr. I figured I’m going all white from top to bottom as our bathroom is so small. We shall see….thank you always for your videos. You keep me inspired and painting all the time. 😁🖌️
Y are so poetic. The Oscar White of paints!
The palette is a winner!
Beautiful ❤
I painted and am painting my ceilings trim and doors Simply White!
I can see Pampas Grass in my bedroom! ❤
I have Swiss coffee in the majority of my home with decorator white trim and doors. Some rooms have aged beige and calm they all blend well.
We did a new Master suite that gets sun in the morning. We went with Swiss Coffee for the walls and put Snowfall White on the trim. It really looks nice. When I was testing paint colours in the room, so many colours would read Grey, which I am not a fan of. Swiss Coffee never does. 👍🏻
Great video as usual.
Winner!
OMG, I literally just got off the phone with my painter who suggested painting the baseboards Swiss Coffee and came here to see what you said about it in a prior video, guess it’s fate. We’re going with Swiss Coffee! I thought it pulled a little yellow next to my white porcelain fireplace tho.
Now I need to find the wall paint, I’m looking for a light to mid tone neutral tan b/c I change our bedding out seasonally or a soft green without blue or yellow in it…I know, I know!!!
Winner 🥳
I wait daily to see your newest video. I am so glad that you always give color pairings. I would love even more if you could share the paint names and codes down below that I could print out to take along with me to the nearest BM store. I am always madly trying to take screen shots throughout the video but it would be great if I could have a list of them altogether as a group. We are ready to paint both the inside and out of our home so I take your recommendations very seriously.
I thank you also that awhile back in your videos, you shared that each BM store is individually owned. My husband and I have two speciality contractor businesses. One residual and one commercial. We always prefer to support small business owners. I have only used BM in the past but that gives me even more incentive to both stay with and highly recommend them to friends, family and clients!
Thanks for the suggestion!
Oh gosh! Just finished painting the whole house Simply white. Love this color pallet, especially the green and the pampas. Wondering if I could still use this color palette even though Swiss coffee wouldn’t be in the picture, Need to do some accent walls and the guest bath. Any suggestions ?
I used Swiss Coffee on my kitchen cabinets. It really is a soft off white. It makes me think of marshmallow creme when I look at it. Lovely color.
What color is the wall ?
Winner 🎉
How about video about paint colors for unfinished basement ceiling? I took down the false drop ceiling and want to paint the joists etc.
Just painted my entire open concept area in Swiss Coffee but I used Behr. It's basically the same color but maybe slightly less yellow leaning. It looks white to the untrained eye.
It seems that with the creamy white colors, in particular, the overall look is highly dependent on whether or not you have nice bead board, wainscoting and/or shiplap on your walls.
thank you! love the pompous grass. New to me
Winner
Swiss coffee was suggested for my kitchen, but in a north facing room with a tree outside, it reflected way too much green for me. I went with SW Shell white instead.
what do you think about selecting Chantilly lace trim satin finish and Swiss coffee egg shell walls
Hello from Buckinghamshire in the UK! Love your videos. Please can you recommend a cream paint for kitchen cabinets with black granite counter tops. I also have exposed brick and stone walls (my home is a very small conversion). Although my kitchen is south facing it receives very little natural light due to the small window. My cabinets are oak and I have oak flooring. Really dislike the oak as it’s all too orange and very dated looking. Excellent quality though so not worth replacing. Really want to paint my cabinets with a colour that compliments the black counter tops and blends nicely with lots of exposed oak beams, reclaimed brickwork and stone! . Thank you so much. Sophie
Thank you! I am using Swiss Coffee at the moment as it looks amazing. But I do wonder whether we in Australia are getting the true colour of Swiss Coffee. We kinda get a Swiss Coffee in another brand. Benjamin Moore is here but only in Sydney, I think, too far for me :-( Would love some more Swiss Coffee combos as I work through my renovations. How does Misted Fern go with Swiss Coffee?
Could you make a video about which color paint is good for houses where a lot of greenery from the yard reflects off the walls and makes walls look green?
That's my problem too. Decorators briefly talk about that but don't get into it they make you aware of this problem but don't give any advice on the subject.
It totally changes the color from my kitchen to the livingroom where there is trees and grass. Makes color look ugly.
Could you do Midnight Oil?
I have Dovewing all over my house main color and was trying to branch off to a stronger off-white in the master bedroom. Is this going to differentiate?
Pinelands might look great in my bathroom, and Swiss coffee is great! Pampas grass is pretty, but too light for my bathroom.
I love Swiss Coffee. Can't go wrong with it. You can put it everywhere and not feel like you're in a "white room" like you just couldn't settle on a color. Would love for you to take a look at CSP Paper Doll, which is a lovely soft clean white as well.
What is CSP
Too much gray in it
@@unknownsender_ not in my experience
@@joycecates8466 BM has a new collection (a few years ago) Color Stories Palette that uses more pigments than standard, they claim 5-6 pigments per shade, so the shade is more complex in how it responds to light etc. The colors are lovely and a little knocked back, not too bright.
For a giant room would you choose cloud white or this one? Also is there a "campy" white?
I finally decided on a light green for my walk out basement....but now I'm thinking of a Swiss Coffee envelope. I have white bookcases and the now dark paprika on the wall is too jarring.
❤❤❤
Does it look good with oak floors
is behrs swiss coffee the same color as BMs?
Hi James so happy i stumbled across you.. I have a true dilemma. I purchased my cabinets VERY early in my kitchen project and now my project has gotten much larger and I have a color question as we now have an open concept and colors for my kitchen will be crucial choice. can you help me? I am afraid of picking the wrong color for walls and floors I will completely wreck the look. The color of my cabinets Madison Dusk from Cubitec and the space beyond the kitchen ( that you can see when looking through the kitchen) is an OLIVE green with white/cream tone trim. this color you help me choose will carry throughout the kitchen, dining room and hallway I was thinking swiss coffee but not sure if it would through off the Madison dusk cabinet color. Can you help me with some advice? with floor tones as well? Greatly appreciated.
Alison
Any off white would work, swiss coffee or a more tan off white like white sand could be fine for your kitchen
Swiss Coffee has been popular for decades though. Is it having another resurgence?
What is your favorite whole room (living room) green or greeneige color to next to Swiss coffee? Love pinelands but need something more subtle! Vale mist? I can’t decide but I want more green in my home! Love wicker basket!
Not sure how light/dark/saturated you're looking for, but SW Wool Skein, or relaxed khaki are a nice, soft green/beige. Definitely walk around with samples in your different light.
Wyth Blue (actually a green)
Green undertones?
I has Swiss coffee walls and want a trim color that’s not in the white range. Something darker that doesn’t show dust and dirt. No cool colors. Warm colors. Was thinking in the terra-cotta family of colors Any suggestions? TIA 😊

Does Swiss coffee look good with white trim or is it better with something like chantily lace
i like Swiss Coffee
Love whites…and blacks. Strangely my house, car, clothes, jewelry and even my dogs are black and white.
Im goung to used swiss coffee on the exterior of my home with iron ore on the fecia and the doors thyme green by sw ? What are your thoughts? Im a home owner so im no expert
NEVER put a brown paint color on bathroom walls!! Isn't it obvious as to why?!!
I mean... it could help camouflage...? lmao
Swiss coffee is white. Period. In an east facing room , it actually goes a little gray. NOT creamy at all!!!! Looks exactly the same as white dove.
Wish I'd seen your comments earlier. You're right, looks like primer. No warmth at all, not creamy at all. Hate how stark it is.
Seapearl and Ballet White actually stays creamy - both a subtle green undertones. More meat on their bones. Absolutely stunning.
it looks gray ... nothing like the pictures shown in the video
Swiss Coffee is stark white. Not warm, not creamy at all. Looks like primer. So disappointed, will have to paint again.
