Can yall believe my brother left Canada 🇨🇦 for Coz of these reasons?
1: HE says it's too cold &
2: HE misses taking care of his chickens and cows back at home.
I personally can't believe it, and I really hope he comes back 🙏

As a foreigner who once lived in Kenya, now living in Canada, I can say Kenya is a beautiful country and back then people were so nice. The weather is fantastic and if you have everything there, I wouldn't recommend moving.

We as Africans have no idea what a beautiful warm and rich continent we have in Africa. It cannot be compared to Canada. He should not have to explain why hes returning to Kenya. Its a much better place to be aa long as one can make the money and sounds like he has a plan. Kenyans stop worshiping the West and ridiculing those who return home. Thats ridiculous. Lets have some pride in our motherland.

I always found Canadian's mindset as odd to say the least. If you complain about the cold and stuff, they tell you to toughen up. On the other hand, when you tell them about your home country, they tell you that Canada's the best place to be...did you just forget what you said about toughen up? lol

Diaspora can disappoint. I remembered tarmacing on visit visa till I extended stay and all my money got finished. Even the easiest jobs like cleaner, helper I couldn't get. Those mfs wanted experienced people. The city parks knew my name.i regreted the whole visit till I got overstay. I knew some of us are never made to win.we're made to endure suffering till we get 6 feet down the ground
It really can especially if you’re on a visit visa it’s almost impossible to get a job or even change it to study or work permit.

Everyone has a place and space that they thrive in and the grass is not always greener on the other side. I have lived in the U.S for 30 years since age 18 when I came for college. On the other hand I have a cousin who's mother pressured him to come and he fell into depression, dropped out of college and didn't cope with being away from family and quality of life...he left after 4 years, moved back to Kenya enrolled and graduated from a local college, did his masters and he is living his best life.
