Mine unfortunately has stopped communicating my running stats with the app. For the money is been good to us, has gotten worse so it's time for hubby and I to upgrade, but it was a great first fit watch for us.
I got this watch a few days ago. Love it. Thank you for the review/ tutorial. With the updated version, when I added the weather and put the location in the app on my phone, it showed up as one of the main screens. Nice.
Second note, my blood pressure reading was super high too. (As in over 30+ points on the top number). I did some research on some medical sites. They recommend to make sure the watch is tight and put your wrist up even with your heart to make it more accurate. They do prefer the cuff instead of wrist or finger readings as the blood vessels are smaller in those locations.

I love my Dafit. It was a Christmas gift 🎁. And I'm a conventional watch wearing guy. But this is my everyday watch. The health tracking is wonderful to have. The link to phone for messages or call I'd to see if I need to pull out my phone.... I love it thanks Sis

It's now the Maxwest MX-FIT21, got one yesterday, has custom watch face downloads. Doesn't come with adapter, just charging cable. Weather feature works now.
I actually really love this watch and appreciate the review! Unfortunately my charger ripped in the vacuum 😢it’s hard finding a charger for it
And yes someone commented to hold the button down on the main screen to see the properties and there you will find the battery 🔋 thingy
Just got this watch two days ago. If you are getting it to measure your blood pressure *don't waste your money. It is totally off. The rest works well.
You can see the watch battery precent on the watch screen when it is and the homescreen just hold down the bottom on the watch screen on u see the battery percentage
Does it make any sound notifications or only vibrate?
thats what I am trying to find out just vibrate is not going to work for me.
Yes you can change the watch face. You install dafit app on your phone and you can select from around 300 different watch faces. You can do many other things using their app.
Also, I recommend this watch. Very good considering the price. I like that you can get phone text and it buzzes when you get a phone call.
How do you answer a phone call? I tried yesterday and they couldn't hear me !

I do not like that you cannot turn off light at night. I dimmed it as low as it would go but still bright at night. Every time I move it lights up. Keeps me awake.
I just bought one too, and my Blood pressure reads high. I wondered if it was not calibrated right.
You can see battery info on screen but it's only on few of the faces you get to pick from in the app
How does one remove a watch face? My da fit saves 6 different watch faces, but a few were default and I don’t like them. I also tried uploading a new face but can’t choose the face I want replaced . Hope someone can help
Does anyone know how to get the sleep monitor to work? I've slept with it for two nights but the app still shows "no data". Is there a setting I've overlooked?

I just bought one 4 days ago. It missed one night of sleep data, the others have been ok. Sometimes switching blue-tooth off and on again on your smartphone seems to 'wake' it up. Try the reset function on the watch itself ? (I don't know what this actually does !) Or maybe switch the watch off completely ? Also check you have the watch so it can't move ?
I am also having the same problem. I tried restarting the watch and turning the Bluetooth on and off. Nothing is working. Can someone help me?

Bro my watch is just vibrating after plug in charger and at sometime it turns on for a 0.5 sec and then off

Can't get the fit watch to start up it won't take a charge that's about six months old is there a battery I need to replace in it?
I got one for mothers day and so far I am very happy with it. I also feel the BP is off. Might try wearing it a little tighter see if that makes a difference. Thank you for the walk through it was helpful.
I think it is as well. I checked it against my at home arm bp cuff and my watch is reading higher.

It's a watch you should talk about how to change the time/date. Does the app mirror the time/date from your phone? Can you manually set the time/date?, if so from the watch or do you need the app. ---Think you can hold touch area down on time screen to see battery.

@@rmhiatt Thanks. - Lots of people have trouble with these types of watches (many brands) not syncing / connecting to bluetooth. Lots of people get it connected once than they get disconnect and have trouble re-connecting a second or third time. High rate of returns, do to connection problems. Reviews need to tell people the watch is worthless if you can't get a bluetooth connection to the app on your phone. Without bluetooth connected to app you can't set the time, or change any settings and can't update the firmware. I think they should have a backup way to connect to app - maybe by way of USB charge cable or wifi. This way you could set time etc. and do updates. Note weather needs a WIFI or data connection (turned on) on phone in addition to bluetooth, to get info from the internet to watch.

I like the watch but the blood pressure is way off, also on the weather mode I can’t get it to work on Fahrenheit. It keeps changing back to Celsius. Is there a fix for this?
I've had the watch for 4 weeks and have really enjoyed it. Then, about a week ago ,it started turning on its light when I was trying to go to sleep, especially if I moved. Then I realized the battery was low so I hooked it up to charge The face lit up and then went off and it has never come on again. I am two days over the Amazon return policy so I sent a message through Amazon to the seller. I would just like a new watch from them if it will work for a couple years.

Hello, my HuaWise Y7 watch is not counting correctly my steps. For example it counts 200 steps while I m on the sopha. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks

Mines frozen don't detect touch anymore I did use it while washing dish towels and cloths in a bowl my shirt was wet I towel dried it and I don't know if it's damaged because everything still works except the touch part where you scroll to see the features
I found the blood pressure wasn't accurate either day one I'm going to tighten move the watch around to see which I already have I've done tried moving it I've tried tightening it but I will continue to see but heart rate even had blood oxygen which I thought was great to see what your oxygen level is also has a lot of features and I was very excited because I got this on sale it was a normally 69 I got it for 22 so it really does a lot of stuff not sure how to get the alarm to work it just vibrates on my arm didn't have a lot of instructions with it at all just a basic have a app it up but little disappointed on the blood pressure part

Just got mine two days ago. There is a weather screen. It shows current temperature, conditions showing a small pic, and forecast for the next day. The weather screen comes up right after the message screen.
You can tell the battery on the watch
Just look at app on your phone at top of page it tells when battery is low

Problems with the watch today I'm trying the exercise and now it's low locked up into that mode and won't go back to the regular watch showing time. It also has lost contacts frequently and that's another part of the watch that is locked up

To get the correct time, you need to download the app to your phone It will sync automatically.
My IPad will blue Tooth recognise the phone but their is no Da Fit app on iPad. My Sony phone has the app but will not recognise the watch Bluetooth. So I cannot set up the watch. Any ideas?

Thank you, that was really interesting. We got one each and they arrived on Monday. Would you have any idea what the calories burned is talking about? Our Garmin and FitBit used to count our calorie burn for the whole day and end up with a figure around 2000. This watch only ends up at about 350 so we have no idea what they mean.

If you hold capacitive button when time is displayed, it will show battery icon and MAC address. I got one bundled with an Oppo Ax5s. It easily lasts 10 days between charges, and frankly I like it! Its no Apple watch or Fitbit, but it covers the basics pretty well. When I pair it with the Da Fit app, it says its a Y8 watch?
Had mine a couple of months. The charger will not charge the watch. I agree that the BP is inaccurate. This product is from China.
I can't get it to connect for SMS notifications. I enabled it in settings but get no notifications.. :/ I got everything else to work.

Mine keeps resetting so frustrating. Had over 10000 steps today and it reset on me and said I have only 314 for the day, and it is 6:29 pm. I know I had more steps than 314

I brought this yesterday, I connected it to my phone no problem. I want to track my walks but it only has "Run" on the screen and it only showed the beginning of the walk and the ending it didnt track inbetween. Hi, I have been using this watch for 2days. The sleep monitor isn't working for me. I have it on tight. Everything else works but not the sleep monitor. I tried restarting the watch and turning the Bluetooth on and off. Nothing is working. Can someone help me?

@@sheryltan6730 It finally worked. I put on tightly and restarted it and 3 2 or 3 days later it started working. It's weird but it worked. i don't know why.

When on the Time Interface, if you hold down on the touch button, the next screen that pops up will show how much battery charge you have left. Also, I have a notification dot on the Da Fit icon on my phone. Have not been able to figure what that is notifying me of and have not been able to get rid of it. Do you know how to shut that off? Can't find it anywhere in the instructions.

I am beginning to think I am the problem or da fit doesn't work. I got it a few days ago but HR, BP, SPO2 doesn't seem to work at all. The manufacturer was kind enough to send me another unit after I reported to them that the 3 features weren't working. So I get the replacement today and after struggling alot tightening it and moving a round, I got one recording of the HR. This watch is messing up my moods big time. I feel like throwing it away when I see the common word 'please wear it again' That message sounds insulting. It's as if I am told to do it the right way.
I was buying this to replace my old one wich worked effortlessly but it seems I will go back to my buying what I know works.
I will give them 5 star rating for customer service and give the watch 0 rating. Instead of the watch helping me to monitor the vitals, I guess its raising my blood pressure because I get mad when I see the word 'please wear it again'. I mad now.
How did you find the manufacturer or customer service. I want to report that the Step counter has stopped working on mine. I've only had it since January 2022.

How many days of fitness data does the watch, and app keep track of?
Charged mine new out of the box and it worked great. Then, charged it again a week later and it doesn't work. It just shows a battery with the word "FINISH" underneath. Won't do anything else.
@Omega Studios - Minecraft: Thanks for the reply. I did try the button without any luck. The problem was I charged it the second time using a wall plug that was too high in wattage (for an iPad). After letting it die, I recharged with a 5 watt plug and it's been fine ever since.

How do you get the screen to stay lit for more than 5 seconds at a time?
There is a setting for that in the app where you can see the battery usage at the top and it has a picture of the device there. Below is watch face, notifications, alarms, shutter, others and upgrade. Click on OTHERS. Go down to auto lock and select the amount of time screen should stay on. I chose 20 seconds, when finished, click done.

Love this thing. Have had it three days and everything seems to work fine. Not sure how accurate the health readings are but they are working and sending data to the app. I like the sleep data function a lot although, the verbiage on how it displays the data is a bit wonky. Says over 28% wake up early? Over 28%. Guessing almost everybody idk. I wish it had a classic analog face to download that would fit right to the bevel but I paid $40 for it off of amazon so I can’t complain. Fingers crossed this bad boy works properly after it’s first recharge. Great battery life. Just wish the app’s information was a little more concise.

Can you answer calls with the watch I know you cant talk into it but can you answer. I called my phone from another phone and it came up on my watch but I wasn't able to answer BUT when I hold press is it will decline the call.

Any suggestions: the BP reading has been the same since I got the watch. My normal BP is 122/78. It reads 150/86! The first time i saw it, i nearly fainted. I’ve checked several times since, and the watch is wrong! Can it be fixed?
Go to the blood pressure screen. Touch measure and it will update.
