I am not sure how to say this. The first problem is when using the watch, I went to reset it because it was not showing correctly. The next time I went to turn it on, all I got was a dark screen and nothing I did helped. I recharged it over night and still nothing would work. The other problem was that one of he holders for he band has broken off

Open app go to third tab that have the watch faces and optimization go all the way down choose others and again go down you will see in health a title called continuous hart rate monitoring (But it will use more battery btw)

The watch is indicated in IP67 (splashproof) so it is not advisable to swim with it (resistant to sweat / rain etc.. but that's all) It is better to have a 5ATM watch to swim with
@bbsharonne9612 pour le son, je ne pense que ce soit possible de l'augmenter. Concernant la présence de tel ou tel sport ( natation en l'occupation) c'est du a l'application qui est commune avec d'autres montre qui sont elles 5atm

I don't remember if it's possible with this, just check on the app and see if you can active the option

Try cleaning charging contact points with an eraser. It worked for me.
