Food in cbus has gotten so much better over the last few years. A few chain restaurants that have moved into cbus: CM Chicken (from South Korea with initial USA locations in northern Virginia), BB,q chicken (another korean fried chicken chain), Bambu Dessert Drinks (from San Jose, try any of the Che drinks, any of the halo halo varieties, the mochi waffles are great), Maple Street Biscuit company (comforting southern food)
Looking forward to Halal guys opening eventually.
Some random taco trucks are decent. I often will stop at the truck in my neighborhood for dos tacos al pastor when walking the dog.
