in this video I show you
how to make a variable power supply in only 600-700/- rupees
it's output voltage 1-30v Amp 0.01-5.00A [75W] max
components required :-
1. XL4015 5A dc to dc step down converter
2. 12-0-12 3A transformer
3. 12v 3" cooling fan
4. dc volt amp meter 100v 10A max
5. 10-12v extra supply for run volt amp meter and cooling fan
6. male and female banana plug 1 pair
7. 220v input socket with cable
8. simple spst switch 2 pcs
9. potentiometer knob 2 pcs
10. pvc pipe sheet for making body
11. some wires and super glue

Bada potentiometer laga sakte? Kyuki iss potentiometer ko Screwdriver se ghumana padega aur slip hoga?

Capacitor 35v 3300uf
Banana plug 5-7A tak ke current ko easily handle kar leta he
Normal dc plug 3A se uper heat hone lagta he thoda thoda

Kiyu ke diagram banane me time kaphi jiyada lagta he
Connection aap video ko dhyan se dekh ke kar shakte ho
Kuch samajh na aaye to Bata Dena
Mujhe isme ek fuse lagana hai 5a ka lagadu?

Sir inverter ka transformer use kar sakte hai kya?? 25 amps wala
Yes par aapko phir stepdown converter 20A wala use karna hoga proper working ke leaye

Due to transformer position, there will be too much noise in the output. Only suitable for non Audio applications.
Otherwise quite compact.

Use a 104 or 103 pf capacitor with the filtering capacitor
i dont have transformer i can use 12v 2A adapter

Adapter use karna ho to bhi minimum 24v 2.5a ka karna hoga

Baki 3A tak load dete he to fan ke koi jarurat nahi hoti he
3A se uper load Dene par transformer aur xl4015 dono kaphi jiyada heat hote he Isliye fan jaruri he
