I love the way you explain briefly without too much theory....but demonstrate with Your singing...otherwise we mostly come across videos full of theory and very little or no demo...which only discourages us from learning..

Sweet melodious voice and singing prowess with formal training...very few have it..thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us eager learners but no opportunity..we have to rely on film music which is so full of different shades of ragas...God Bless..I loved listening to your soothing voice...more than learning! Great job, Bidisha. The most creative aspect of your instruction I found was to demonstrate how the flow of singing of a raag must commensurate with the taal. Along with pakad on the sargam, it's essential to have a keen sense of the beats as well.
