Josh Garrels | "At the Table" Acoustic | Live from the 18 Inch Journey - 2019 | Sophia, NC

In the early fall of 2019, our friends Josh & Elle Garrels came to visit and share some songs with our discipleship school, The 18 Inch Journey. We filled Jonathan & Melissa's living room and house with some 5 dozen students and Cageless Birds staff and Josh shared some of his beautiful songs and stories, just him and a guitar. The night felt like a gift and the sound of generosity filled the air.It was a special time that many of us still talk about today, and the memory has only been sweetened by the reality of the time we live in. I pulled a couple camera angles and the board audio from our Vault and knew we had to share.
We will fill living rooms and homes with music again and the poets and songsmiths will tell the stories as only they can. Special thanks to the Josh and the entire Garrels family.
