Hi, Good Video. Looking into getting a porch awning for my caravan. How have you found this awning now that you have owned it for a while? Does water get thru the the zips at the top? Any complaints or things that annoy you, another video on them said that they flap in wind and would do with more velcro connections, have you had this problem? Thanks in advance.
Hi there do you know if these would fit a 11Ft dometic awning for a flagstaff Big Mac pop top camper and will the limpets work ok as not much hard surface to attach it too?
sorry for the late reply.I think it is fair so say like most of this type of awning it is all about pegging it down and getting it right. We find it doesn't shake the van so much when it is windy. I hope that helps.
Good video but canopy was rolled up incorrectly it should be rolled so that canopy goes over the front of rail, opposite to how yours was rolled it will then sit much more flush with side of van for travelling
It wouldn't sit flat anyway because the awning light (above the door) is in the way! In the UK, anything added on the side of a caravan that protrudes more than 100mm has to be declared in the vans documentation, otherwise it's illegal!

Just put our 310 up for the first time today and love it.
Good video, made me make up my mind and order a 400. Can now ditch both the porch and full air awning.
Great Canopy/awning. We have now totally ditched our full awning for this as we have the sides now also.

very simple, just have to convince the wife! However why did they not buy a larger one to actually fit the van - it still looks like a porch.
Simple reason there's only 2 of us but we're had 8 people in no problem 😎
