How exciting for you, Donal, to fly from Coast to Coast over our big nation! I do hope that you and Sophie get a chance to come back to the USA and take a Road Trip across, stopping on occasion to ask for the "Local Specialty" at various Cafes and Restaurants. You would be AMAZED at the Diversity offered. No doubt, you could teach the local Cooks & Chefs a thing or two, too! ;-)

You did great! Love your remark about "dump and stir" - it's exactly what tv cooking feels like. Thank goodness for the food stylists, right? When we first started cooking on morning shows here in Toronto we used to do all our own prep and it was insane. There's so much to think about just getting through your recipe and trying to keep in natural and fun - setting up your mise on top of that is a lot. But you smashed it! Have fun in L.A. - we're loving following you and Sophie on your trip.

In the event you go back to New York City, you MUST eat at The Smith. They have two or three locations about the city. Upscale traditional American style food that will have you hooked. I would know, I live around the corner from the East Village location and it is a weekly ritual.

People are terrible when it comes to the baggage claim, standing right next to the band so that nobody can get through and everybody struggles to get their bag of the band since it's so crowded. I hate it!

(in english scroll down) Jag är ledsen att behöva informera om att jag säger upp prenumerationen av din kanal idag. :-( Ända sedan Google tog bord funktionen Samlingar/Collections i maj så har det varit omöjligt att hålla koll på alla kanaler som jag prenumererar på (lite mer än 160 st), så jag känner mig tvingad att sålla bland kanalerna och tyvärr är du en av dem som "åker". Jag tycker att dina videos/"tutar" är jättebra och kommer att lägga in din kanal på en lista i word så att jag vet att du finns... kikar in då och då! Det blev en massiv protest i hjälpforumet men Google lyssnade varken på oss "vanliga" tittare/prenumeranter eller er "Youtubare"/videoskapare. :-(

I chose your channel beacuse I don't watch it so often. I am going to "pop in" and watch your videos now and then but not as a subscriber.
I'm really sorry about this, but Google wouldn't listen to the complaints from "us" subscriber or "you" the creators/RUclipsrs before they deleted "collections".
Donal! Thumbs down. Love your cooking. You're an excellent presenter. However, video of you walking about just isn't you. Stick to food and recipes, It's what got you here. Really brother. Blessings ChefMike.

Donal Skehan Vloging and cooking are not the same thing.
I personally like both but if it's not your thing you can just skip the vlogs. I rather have something then nothing on the channel when he's traveling around.
