As a young person it's so inspiring to see these ladies working hard and building their careers. I think apprenticeships are vital, more so than ever, and are a wonderful way of allowing us middle and lower classes to learn lifelong skills. The opportunity should never be erroded. One caveat is that now it's more about who you know not what you know, and sadly doors are closed for many people before they reach the job front.

Are there any male apprentices at BBC London or BBC Radio London?

No, it's the B-B-She! Haven't you heard? The Beeb excluded minorities in the 90s (I was one of them) and before that, but now they hire anyone for their check marks than genuine talent.

I have lost faith in BBC LONDON actually representing native indigenous white ENGLISH who have actually gone to university and know the academic history of london. Not some social media puff influencers more like who know nothing at all but little lagos Peckham and southhall ethnic enclaves therefore UNREPRESENTATIVE of native indigenous ancestral white ENGLISH people.

Over-representing representation, I get it. The MCU is now the M-She-U and the Beeb is now the B-B-She. Guess these ladies won't actually be taught anything. Check box done!

Looks at the colour of the people involved, makes sense they are on this scheme.

So black women aren't allowed to get an apprenticeship now? You must really hate black people.

Why no indigenous white English historical ancestral English people on this course. Does it mean LONDON has become diversity not history over centuries and LONDON nerd land like robert elm?
