Hey! Okay so this video is a little different than my normal videos but I thought it would be a cool mix of a "What To Do When You're Bored" video and a travel video! I made this video over 2 different trips to Seattle and it was mostly cloudy (of course) but I think there are a couple days of sunny footage in here! I have 6 ideas of things to do, there's so much more you could do but these are some of the most well known and I thought it would be cool for you all to see it from my perspective.

*-The Pacific Science Center*
*-Seattle Art Museum (SAM)*
*-Science Fiction Museum*

I live in Seattle and I was at Ballard looking at photos by the gym and I saw a picture of you!
What was the picture of?!
It says of you^^😂😂
+Kalia Yang s/he wants her to say it like with brains ;p
I know u from Instagram.... We don't follow each other but people from my school supposedly do.... I'm pretty sure
to do you go to ballard???
Discovery Park, Schmitzer Reserve, Alki Beach, Elliott Bay Books, Olympic Sculpture Park. These are all FREE and they were my favorite parts of my recent trip!
love Alki Beach!
Lance Wilson Alki beach is great
One thing about Seattle there are things to do if you are low on funds and LOTS more to do if you have a real job and money.
Theater, Broadway Shows, Concerts, Seattle Center Attractions...(note: Lance did not include the Space Needle. He didn't want to spend the money to go up apparently)...The Aquarium, Pro Sports, Check for festivals in the area... for most of these bring money.
I laugh at all the young folks that feel they may miss something if they don't get off the grid and travel now....instead of getting a real career and make more than enough to retire early and travel in style. Able to afford rooms and meals as you go... There are not enough Patrons in the world to support all the freeloaders out there....
Get a job first, then live like you have nothing and save every dime you can so you can retire early and truly enjoy the rest of your life. Which should be twice as long as how long you worked.
Steve Mazz “there are more things to do if you have money”
Just like everywhere else
I'm going to Seattle June 24-30 to see Sarai! I'm so excited😍❤️💗

+kimprendo Wait. Sarai lives in Renton ?! I live like 11 min away from there !

I live 7.5 miles north of Seattle. Some things you can do in the city are the ghost tours if you're in for something dark and spooky. There are ghost tours of Pike Place Market, and The Underground Tour of Pioneer Square is always fun.
I live about an 1 hour away from Seattle and I love it! The aquarium is really cool
The EMP museum next to the Space Needle is amazing! They have exhibitions on Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix and also a lot of memorabilia from movies etc and a really cool shop, it's so awesome!
I live in Seattle! I love that it's so loved 😂

Captures the beauty of Seattle!! One of the reasons why I moved and I couldn't be happier!!!
The Colombia tower is the tallest building in Seattle and the view from the top floor is amazing
OMG the duck tour! It's a bus/boat that takes you around the city and has the funniest tour guides!
I LIVE IN SEATTLE YESS (and i have a vlog on it, self promo AF)

Recommended shop: old curiosity shop (it’s downtown by the docks/Ivar’s seafood/ Seattle wheel)
ALSO: if you go to the Mariners game GET THE GARLIC FRIES!!!
Take an $8.00 ferry ride to Bainbridge Island, stay awhile or re-board and come back the views are some of the best of the Skyline and surrounding natural wonders
Any recs for bainbridge. Never even occurred to me to not get off the ferry....good tip
mora ice cream!!! you can walk to it from the ferry terminal. About half way down the main street.
I've lived in Seattle my whole life, and can I just say, its great! Theres so much more things to do, then what she mentioned. I'd honestly make this on your bucket list. Plus the weather during summer is usually around 76 degrees, which is GREAT! Perfect temp.
Loooove this!!

Love u
Just came back from Seattle and I truly fell in love with the city

I went in 2nd grade with my family and even I loved it. The view is stunning and I could've been up there for hours (I wanted it to make one full rotation). Their restaurant looks really nice and the elevator ride up took a little while but it was worth it.
I lived in Seattle from 2003-2006, when I was younger, and omg this video brings back so many emotions and memories!! I need to go back, but flights from Australia are so expensive! :')
WHO ELSE REALLY WANTS TO GO TO SEATTLE NOW? Hahha AMAZINGGGGF VIDEO SHELBY :))

I live in Seattle and I've honestly never seen it like this, but after watching this video I realize that it actually is really nice here;p
I love it here in WASHINGTON!
I live there (It's is awesome) 😆😊😘
I got to go to SkyCity(the restaurant in the Space Needle) with my wife when we visited there! Good food and surprisingly not that expensive considering the location and the view. Love Seattle and we definitely will be back soon!
attending a seahawks game is a must do if you're visiting!
I lived in Seattle for five years before I moved. I loved the aquarium and all the beaches.
Live in Washington and so I go to Seattle sometimes

atomic rays Same

I miss Seattle. I was born there and lived here from 1999-2016. I miss it everyday!
I live in North Seattle (not to be confused with Downtown Seattle where most of the things in your video are) and things I suggest are:
- download Ingress for your phone. People painstakingly scour the city pinpointing interesting sights for the sake of a game. It includes tours/missions to get you moving around. It is suggested to use this app with an external battery, as it use GPS.
- The Fremont Troll under the bridge on Troll Ave. Just something to see.
- Greenlake. A big man made lake that is roughly two miles around. Very calming environment.
- Archie McPhee's novelty shop. If you ever wanted props for improv or just something to accentuate your weirdness, stop on by. But don't forget to print out a coupon for the monthly freebie from their website.
- The Seattle Pinball Museum. It's actually in SODO (SOuth DOwntown) on 508 Maynard Ave S, but it's this really cool hole in the wall interactive museum that showcases like 30 pinball machines set to free-to-play. You pay a cover fee to be able to play, then you can stay until they close (hours upon hours of unlimited play).
- Theo chocolate factory in Fremont. They do tours all the time. The smell is fantastic, and you get chocolate samples.
- Dick's... It's Seattle's favorite drive-in restaurant, and an endearing motivator for harmless dirty one-liners. Most long term Seattle residents, in their life, have eaten a bag of Dick's.
- Bruce Lee's Grave @ 1554 15th Ave. E. (www.seattle.gov/visiting-seattle/points-of-interest/famous-graves)
- Beaches. Seattle has beaches. I'm fond of Golden Gardens myself, but then, I live in North Seattle and Ballard isn't so far away.
- Woodland Park Zoo. Seattle has a zoo and an aquarium, I don't know why that's not mentioned more often.
Seattle is a port city with a diverse community. There's a bit of everything here.
That said, it's probably better to visit than live here.
We have one of the highest costs of living in the nation, giving New York a run for its money. We have one of the highest minimum wages, which doesn't mean squat when you break it down to hours worked compared to hours needed to work to have a home.
We have drinkable tap water, a good public transit system, hospitals and schools always near by, plenty of parks, and fair weather that is chilly most times of the year.
When you see advertisements for Seattle homes, the largest part of the ad is likely to be about the location of the home rather than the home itself.
Any questions?
this was very helpful thank you!
Going to Seattle for this first time since I was 16 in 2 days :) super excited to see the city again
HECK YES OUR HOMETOWN! great job shel-bae

My brother in the navy is stationed in Bremerton so we went there and to Seattle where we went to the glass museum and emp museum. They're two really beautiful places to explore. The glass museum had AMAZINGGG glass sculptures and the emp museum has really cool things in it such as the Star Wars exhibit which has most of the original costumes for the original movies! Love ya! 😋😍👋🏻
Editing goals! Place goals! Beauty goals! Everything goals!

I’m from a little town in Washington too! An hour away from Seattle by the ferry. I loved this! Haha thank you!
I live in Seattle! If you're into records, they have great record stores! Sonic Boom in Ballard, and Everyday Music in Capitol Hill. Amaaazing. Another thing is the Starbucks Roastery in Capitol Hill! Its basically like seeing Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, but Starbucks version! super duper fun. If you like books, check out the Seattle Public Library. The architecture is amazing!! Also Gas Works park is super fun! If its nice you can swim and ive seen people paddle board so thats fun. Also for food I recommend Pagliacci Pizza and Dick's Drive in. Theres a Dick's and Pagliacci right next to each other in Queen Anne and theres a few more Pagliaccis, one in capitol hill and theres also another dicks in Capitol Hill. :)
This really makes me appreciate where I live. Love Seattle.
My uncle works as a chef in the space needle. so I got to make stuff in that kitchen! I live in seattle btw
Totally recommend taking the Amtrak Coast Starlight! the two day train ride there just adds on to the trip. With Stops to popular cities and the prices being just as much sometimes even less than a plane fair. its amazing!!
Small town near Seattle that sucks... Hmmm... I'm gonna take a wild guess and say... Marysville.
I remember visiting my aunt here in ‘09 and ‘12 I really miss her. Good thing that im going back now.

I hate it right now because of how hot it has been
ik
If you hate sun, Seattle is the place to be.
If you are visting Seattle a great thing to do is take an Argosy cruise from Pier 55 on the Waterfront. My favorite is the Locks cruise. It goes from the waterfront, thru the locks, and into Lake Union. This is what Seattle is all about!
#washingtonians❤️

Whenever I think of Seattle, I think of iCarly... is that just me?😂😂

I'm actually at the airport in Seattle right now on my way back to Nashville. I'm from WA but live in TN now because of my husband's job. I've done most of these things and it was nice to see you make a video showcasing some of the awesome parts of Seattle. Wanted to go to Kerry Park and Pike Place this time around but couldn't. Hopefully when I come back again to visit I'll get around to it!
You gotta visit Alki beach!!!
Fantu Tekle I love Alki beach!!! There’s this really good gelato place in one of the corners, check it out if you ever can!

It's a remix of Latch, by Disclosure

I live in Seattle! There's a lot of cool places, the aquarium, EMP music museum, pacific science center, the woodland park zoo and so many more. It's a great city
go to the giant troll under the bridge
The restaurant at the top of the space needle is really nice you spin around in circles slowly so you can see all of Seattle and you can put up sticky notes so other people can read what you put down on a sticky note
When you mention the town 20 minutes away which you "wouldn't recommend visiting" it's Tacoma isn't it?
The mariner's stadium is AMAZING! I sang the National Anthem there two years ago and it was litttt

I've lived in Washington my whole life, I was born near Portland, Oregon, but I still lived in the Evergreen State of Washington! Almost 5 years ago, we moved north and now I live about half an hour away from Seattle. There are so many fun things to do in this city! (One of my personal favorites is to go to Mariners games) But there's so many interesting and exciting things to do here, and if you love coffee or Starbucks (I'm almost 13 so I don't drink coffee but I like some things) I recommend visiting the famous Pike Place Market and the FIRST Starbucks! Seattle does have its flaws, but all around a super fun city to visit!
There are some great bookstores in the downtown area. I liked those. It's a great city for pictures and it's my favorite city for photography.
Seattle Aquarium also nice. Used to live there and was one of my favorite places to go. Will be visiting for vacation for a few days and will do some things mentioned (Mariners game, Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle
Doing Seattle in a few days... needed a quick reminder of fun things to do! & yes... it's supposed to rain - bummer!
First time I ran across your channel, but you did a great job of covering the fun parts of Seattle! The Great Wheel is a new addition since my last visit but everything else about the city (except maybe rent prices!) seems to be just as I remember it. Can't wait for my upcoming trip!
The Belmont Troll is always fun to check out!
I live in Seattle...The Seattle Aquarium, Under Ground Tour, Duck Rides and don't forget take a drive to Mount Reiner Mountain, In Washington North West Track Point Defiance Zoo, Woodland Park Zoo, Wild Waves Theme Park in federal Way Wa....So many places to see...I enjoyed your video😊
going to snowflake lane during Christmas time in Bellevue is amazing!
I live in Finland (it's a small country in Europe) so I'll probably never go to Seattle, but still I liked this video and it was nice to see a bit of Seattle😊 Your videos always make me smile❤️
I live in Seattle so it's nice see People still like Seattle!
i think that i know Seattle from icarly;P
I live in Seattle:
-Pacific Science Center
-Seattle Aquarium
-Olympic Sculpture Park
-Underground “ghost” tour
-Ride “The Duck”
-Seattle Art Museum
-(this one is actually in the University District, but it’s worth the 10-20 minute drive) University Of Washington campus is really beautiful in the spring/summer.
-Alki beach (10-20 minute drive, or you could take the Water Taxi across and that is always fun!)
-Chihuly Glass Museum
-Theo Chocolate Factory tour
thank-you so much for this video I had an awesome time watching it😌i live in Seattle so this really helped me discover things I can do there I didn't know about. thank you.....
I live in WA, pretty close to Seattle. Love living so close, it's a great place.
This has got to be the best things to do vlog, I've watched on Seattle so far.. I definitely want to visit one day.
Btw Like your personality; and you look a lil like Kristen Cavallari.
I live in seattle and i definitely recommend going to the seattle science center, the armory which is a huge building with tons of different restaurants and all those places around the space needle. My school goes there about 4 times a year and its a lot of fun
I live in Washington and its so cool to be able to say that I've been to all these places !:)
I went to Seattle last week, and it was amazing! 💜
Must dos??
