I'm guessing that this is one of those super long freight trains that I see trundling along these lines, made up of about a hundred RWS wagons or so. Looking at the curves, I'd say this is a slow freight only line.
Gwyn Kemp-Philp oh god we know those! They trundle past like endless thunder. My aunty lives in Moorland park in Newport just by the road bridge and is literally 30 ft from the line. They nearly shake the house to bits! Sleeping there as a child took lots of getting used to and a few weeks ago my one year old son was asleep with me in the bedroom overlooking the line. He woke up shaking and scared when a long freight train went past love him!!!
There wasn't a man with a red flag walking in front of the train?
i heard a fart around 4:28

like watching paint dry.
11:27 great signal box. I love signal boxes.
Thanks Ray. Are the little orange penguins at the end huddling together for warmth?
Could have walked faster - on my knees. - Talk about boring.
Too much vibration through the camera unfortunately. Otherwise great!
Fantastic video
Well, all’s fair. Even the passenger trains go slowly!
