色鉛筆には油性色鉛筆と水彩色鉛筆がありまして、それぞれ用途が違いますが油性色鉛筆の方が発色強いです。初心者の方も上級者の方も私は油性色鉛筆をおすすめしたいと思います。

初めまして。猫&アンティーク好きなので前から気になっていました。
花の色の濃淡、影になる部分の色の合わせ方、地の色の残し方等とても勉強になります。
もし差し支え無ければ、猫さんのお顔を塗り始める前に使用していた金属の道具の名前と、何の為に使う物なのかを教えて頂けないでしょうか？
鉄筆（てっぴつ）というものです。
猫ちゃんの毛並みを描くために、あらかじめ鉄筆の細いラインで紙を凹ませています。
凹んだ部分には色が色鉛筆が乗らないので、それを利用して毛が光っているように描写しています。
