Wanna say I LOVE the video! You and I have EXTREMELY similar taste, where are the MARETU songs SEGA???!???
Anyways here are some of my opinions for vocals:
- Kikkai Kettai - Emu and Tsukasa (My mischievous little skrunklies, this song has been my recent obsession)
- Knife Knife Knife - Ichicka and Shiho or Leo/Need + Miku (PLEASE IM BEGGING. THEY WOULD SOUND SO GOOD)
- Mind Brand - Miku (I feel like this song would be too vurlgur for the game so just Miku even tho I want it in)
- Common World Domination - Miku or All the Group Leaders (It's hard to decide who's vocals this song would be perfect for, I love Mikus already yet at the same time I would love to see ir covered)
- Love is War - Ichika and Miku (Seems like a song they would give to them like ghost rule and the others..)
- Judgement of Corruption - Kaito ofc
- Meiro - Akito and Toya (Them?? And this song??? Mmm)
- Universe Cat Drowning - Airi and Shizuku (Airi because Cat snd Shizuku would sound AMAZING singing this song. Also this song is in my head always)
- Merry Bad End - Mafuyu and Ena (I know Mizuki would be perfect for the whole "rumors" thing but thinking about how powerful the voices of these two are, would love to see them singing it)
- Egoist - Mafuyu (Mafuyucore. I also see the whole of Niigo singing)
- Being as low as dirt, taking what's important from me - Tsukasa (More tsukasa Tenma Edge)
- Happpy Song - WxS /j (Its just a happy song :) fr tho probably just Len)
- Hatsukoisou - Rui and Mizuki (I still don't fully understand the song because I haven't listened to it enough, but as far as I've heard it feels like a fit for these two, wish they would give them a song)
- 1925 - Haruka and Shizuku (can't put into words my desicion)
- Fake Smile - Kanade and Mafuyu (I think besides BUG of course this is one of Kairiki Bear's songs that best describe mafuyu's life and struggle)
- Easy Peasy Euthanasia - Ena and Mizuki (Im straying away from Mafuyu but many vocaloid songs (or atleats the ones I'm into) have very dark lyrics. Would be funny tho if WxS did it)
- Don't look at me in that way - Miku (Genuinely don't know who would sing it)
- QUEEN - Emu and Nene (So Rui and Tsukasa sing KING and)
- Hitori Yuyari - VBS (IDK but it's just the first thing that came to my head)
- Born Before - Miku
- Kimagure Mercy - MMJ with Miku or all the Virtual Singers (MMJ is an obvious pick but the Virtual Singers one would be nice)
- Iya Iya Iya - WxS ( Wondashow all the way for this)
- Akali Underachiever - Haruka or Kanade (I feel like it fits both of them but Kanade more with the sound and the lyrics)
- Phony - Haruka and Shizuku or Niigo (HEAR ME OUT. I think, as much as it feels like such a niigo song that it fits Haruka and Shizuku, being an idol means putting on a face to be marketable. That being said Niigo is a great pick as well, and fits their group. I imagine it would be nice to have all their voices bouncing around the lyrics and coming together in the chorus like BUG)
- Dokuhaku - Mafuyu and Mizuki or Ichika and Mafuyu (GO INSANE WJSJDKKSK)
- Bacterial Contamination - Miku (nightmare fuel I hope they show the mv to scare people)
- GETCHA - Kohane and An (No boys allowed)
- It's not like Im Mentally Ill - Ena (Violet) and Mizuki (Pink) (cuz yeah, love this song.. fits too much)
- Yin Yang Relationship - Emu and Tsuaksa (mhm.)
- The Taste of Cockroach - Minori and Emu, Emu and Nene (Its funny because you wouldn't be able to tell it was a dark song even from most of the lyrics)

- Yubikiri - MEIKO (I just like the MEIKO version better)

Little note about Suzumu (8:20 ish producer)
He is a known producer that stole and harassed other producers, some victims were mafumafu and 40mp (producer of love trial)
Suzumu is practically taboo for vocaloid circles because we know there were multiple victims and he physically and verbally was harassing Mafumafu… it’s best if his song don’t get in the game because we don’t know who were the true authors of all of his songs

The PV has a plushie (as in the Saki Rabbit plushie)

I realized we have very similar music tastes! Also, absolutely agree that we need more evillious songs, but I'm fine with just the 7 deadliest sin songs for now. Maybe when ensekai gets the evillious event, we can get the rest of the 7 deadly sin songs (except gakupo's because hella horny and not sure if their legally allowed to add gakupo songs in Project sekai) Conchita's song I want the most tho, best in the series I argue. But yeah, great list!

I think "The day I was absent from school" would be great sung by Kanade and Mizuki. Its a song I love a lot, although would be one of the slower songs, I still think It would be fun. "Searching for your love" would be fun I think, If I had to pick a group for it I'd say Leo/Need. AND Childish War for ena and akito pls pls pls

OKAY ACTUALLY I'M BACK BECAUSE I WANNA SAY THIS:
Kyu-Kurarin is a popular choice for a cover and I can clearly see why: the song's a certified banger and iyowa never misses, ever.
(In an ideal world, Pajamy and Apricot would be coming with it but oh well)
So everyone has different takes on who should get the song but personally
I think it should function like Into The Night. Every group gets a single person cover.
But here's the thing I think a lot of people miss about this song:
*It's literally halfway about Sayori DDLC.* Lyrically and structurally, the breakdown sounds like a better version of the funny "glitch effects" DDLC's actual music does.
With that in mind, my assignments would probably go as such:
Leo/need: Saki or Honami
MMJ: Minori
VBS: Kohane but if you want someone else; Toya
WxS: EITHER Emu or Tsukasa. Legitimately either of them could work, ButIObviouslyHaveABias. Emu proved she could sing like this in once upon a dream but.....but pls consider: softer tsukasa singing just this once pls i know he can do it....but if we're talking likelihood, Emu

The thing is, in the king MV you can see Rui as the jester card and Envy Baby is the jester song, so unless they're lying it was basically confirmed at least Rui should sing in Envy Baby.
(Also, the Envy Baby lyrics fit Rui wayyyy too well for it to not be given to him).

also, i think that housewife radio suits kanade and tsukasa more than just kanade and the rest of niigo? esp the second verse hits harder if you consider that fact that tsukasa coped with trauma not only by playing piano to no end but also by sewing some of his and sakis plushies, that one bunny included (hand-sewn everything with kind intention). and that part with "unmistakably, (s)he'll return alive?" is on kinda different level here from that yandere one from the original, it's other type of creepy, both kanade and tsukasa were waiting for their relatives to come back alive, so, like, yeah????
I really didn't think of that, I mean I didn't even analyze the lyrics that much, but now that you say it I 100% agree.
I thought of Dakara Boku wa Ongaku wo yameta (That's why I gave up on music) with Kanade and Mafuyu, it's like an AU where Kanade couldn't save Mafuyu (she cut off relationship with Nigo or she's no longer there) and lost hope along with her musical interest.
Yorushika's songs are catchy and complex in meaning, but I think this song really fits KanaMafu and their dynamic!

Also just genuine curiosity, I've never seen Tsukasa be a people pleaser unlike Mafuyu? He's pretty full of himself and as someone who is a people pleaser and has friends who consider themselves people pleaser, I don't really see Tsukasa as one at all. He's REALLY self centered, always making everything about him? Could you please tell what story it is? I'd like to do some digging!
@@killiehall5928 There’ s a lot of things I could say about Tsukasa, because he’ s a very interesting character.
Tsukasa, ironically, doesn’ t reflect on himself much -- in fact, he primarily focuses his energy on others. His goal of becoming the number one star was so he could make others happy, after all.
It’ s also one of the reasons he initially denies the existence of his SEKAI -- Tsukasa acts as if everything is alright in his life even when it isn’ t, because of the " mask " he wears ( which is part of why he’ s considered a foil to Mafuyu ).

Tsukasa only became " full of himself " because he lost that part of himself. He was just so used to pretending to be strong and capable that he genuinely started to believe that’ s what he *was.*

My comment mostly focuses on WxS’ s main story, and Tsukasa’ s background~
But I know that in the " On the Stage of Dazzling Light, " Tsukasa wonders why the main character of the play (Torpe) looks up at the stars when things are bad instead of trying to find a solution. It’ s only after he remembered his childhood, when he used to play the piano when he felt sad, that Tsukasa realizes that taking time to process your emotions does NOT equal mopping around -- something that he couldn’ t understand.
The reason why I’ m saying that is that is that it supports my argument of " Tsukasa not focusing on himself " - he doesn’ t want to focus on the things that make him unhappy, so he forces himself to ignore them to pretend everything’ s fine to focus on others.
( I hope that was. understandable. I’ m trying to be clear but I might be confusing you instead lol )
