Biggins, the raving homosexual, looking as camp as ever. I bet he wanted to get Lord Eddie up to the red bedroom, for some classic aristocratic buggery.
5:30 vividly remember watching this bit in school about 6 years old - it spooked me good. The good old days when you watched telly in school! It was Bric a Brac, Pigeon Street, Stop/Go, Look and Read, Fingermouse, bit of drawing and then home it seems!
Loved Dark Towers during my primary school years. Scared the hell out of ya, looked forward to it every week back then. Don't know where the castle is?
im looking for a programe cant remeber what it was called all i remember it was about a brother and sister who had to go stay with there grandad in loch nevvy for the summer holidays and it was about drugs and alcohol ?? pleasee help
Daft thing is, I have a carer called Christopher Biggins, he's not THE Christopher Biggins obviously, he just has the same name lol, and he's a LOT less camp!

I watched this in St Peters CofE in Harborne Bham, as a class, we all loved this show/series, gave me a few nightmares as well, all the better.
Very surprised to read that this never scared the living shit out of anyone else!!!
Certainly crapped it when I watched it first time around!!!
Used to love it wen the teacher would wheel in the tv to watch dark towers and the boy from space. Long before computers..
these kids shows, especially The Boy from Space were pretty creepy, considering they were recommended viewing material at school in the late 70s-80s
Remember the giant telly with wooden doors being wheeled out for this one.
lol I rememeber I could hardly wait for the following week I loved the friendly ghost as a kid.
i always point closely at words i read too.
is it just me or was Christopher Biggins camper than a row of tents even 30 odd years ago?
