This looks like could be really useful to add details to furnitures like sofas, armchairs, beds etc but I can't be sure (to keep some vertices /lines / borders frozen). Can you demonstrate with a video which you can detail a simple model?
would this work to animate the cloth on an umbrella rigging? since it doesn't detect collision with other objects, it would have to be approximated, yes? 3DS MAX cloth SIM is a major PITA - if i can get it close and animate, this may solve my projects.
Hi Marius, Great looking scripts in regard to functionality! I wonder; Is it possible to launch your scripts from QuadMenu or a hotkey? Do they appear in the menu list?
There is no difference feature wise. The indie version can only be used by individuals/companies with a yearly revenue less than $100K, the pro version is for everybody who doesn't qualify for the indie version.
1 man doing better job than whole autodesk team. Well done
The fact that it's all non-destructive is incredible. Great job!

That's amazing! You never cease to impress! Does it also work with the Freeform brush tools?
Yes, it does work with the Freeform brush tools, I forgot to show it in this video, It works with any kind of vertex deformation.

Interesting, I had a lot of ideas while watching.
What about collisions?
Collisions with other objects and self-collisions are not supported yet. Maybe they will come in a future update, but I can't promise anything yet.
can this be used on top of skin modifier to simulate skin behaviour?
Yes, see this video ruclips.net/video/zSi4Gtdn_No/видео.html
