The brake caliper could have been repaired, that's not an art. I have already repaired many of these and also from Magura. That would have been 20 minutes of work.
@@NiceBikeService Unfortunately, I don't make videos about things like that. But it is very simple. Loosen the two screws, then push the pistons out with a little skill and pressure, making sure that they don't fly anywhere. If necessary, remove the rubber seals from the piston; this works well with a thin, fine object. Then check whether the seats for the sealing rubbers are clean, if necessary clean them with a Dremel and brass brush. Clean everything, obviously inspect the pistons, if they need special treatment then it will take longer. Then just put everything back together and fill it, that's not space technology. And I do all of this in 20 minutes. I don't understand the problem, why do you always have to throw everything away? Sometimes pistons only leak because the rubber seals are dirty and there is dirt in between, which happens when you push the pistons back and don't clean them beforehand. Also sorry for my bad English, I work with a translator
@@warock11i kinda agree for my shimano back brake lever i had a leaking master cilinder all i did was replace the V-shaped exterior seal and put 2 O-rings one small for the Width and another thin one but more larger in radius to help seal it and since the O-ring is thin the spring has enough force to put it back with no struggle it works like a charm and didn't have to replace the whole brake lever tho for the calipers i just buy new ones since i didn''t knew how to do them but i will definetly try something if they ever leak.
The maintenance of hydraulic brakes is quite demanding compared to cable brakes. I'm still wondering if it would make sense to replace the brakes on my touring bike with hydraulic ones. If the benefit is greater than the maintenance hassle.
Yes for touring bike and even road bike also, you can stick with cable brakes. It will just work fine. But for mtb, it makes sense to use hydraulic brakes as it gives better modulation and stopping power which is useful in rough terrain.

I tried tapping with a mallet and even taking a risk of riding it without having my seatpost clamp tigthened at all. No luck yet. Any tips?
Yes, I have seen they make a special puller that screws into the cranks of the bike and pulls out the seatpost of the bike. I'll have a video on this soon.

Привіт. Потрібна ваша порада. Замінив гальмівні колодки bs-01 на bs-05. Що старі, що нові - органіка. Але після установки вони сильно скриплять при гяльмуванні. Думав що притруться, їздив і гальмував ними близько 20-30 км. Звук залишився, і вони досі погано виконують свою роботу. Думав що попало мастило або гальмівна рідина на них. Ротор і колодки обезжирив - звук залишився. Злегка полірнув колодки наждаком 1500 фракції - все так само скрепить і погано гальмує. Поршні каліперів піджимав, новою гальмівною рідиною прокачував. Можливо є якісь ще варіанти це виправити?
Привіт. Якщо є така можливість, то можна прогріти газовим пальником ротори, так як в прорізах може збиратися жир, котрий важко серветками витерти. Також є варіант трохи ротори наждачкою або напильником пошкрябати. Самі колодки також можна трохи прогріти, головне не перепалити їх, бо можуть посипатися. Якщо колодки не притерлися спробуйте з`їхати пару разів з великої гори затискаючи гальма іноді допомогає. Якщо взагалі нічого не допомогає, то можливо справа в каліпері, він десь потроху непомітно підтікає, тому колодки й риплять
Odpowietrzanie hamulca jest źle zrobione, jak byś dobrze je zrobił to manetkę byś miał twardą zwłaszcza że wymieniłeś cały hamulec, inna sprawa że można było to naprawić, a nie wymienić.
Nie wymienialiśmy całego hamulca, tylko zacisk. Takich rzeczy jak zaciski nie da się naprawić, nie ma zestawów naprawczych, a koszt nowego zacisku to około 15-20 euro. Klamka hamulca działa dobrze po napompowaniu😸
Kolejny świetny, kapitalny filmik - DZIĘKUJĘ 👍😄🙋 kwasek cytrynowy do odtłuszczania...- nie wpadłem na to. Używam rozcieńczonego płynu do mycia naczyń, ale nie tylko, bo + specjalne odtluszczacze dedykowane. Cały film świetny instruktażowo i bez zbędnego ględzenia wiadomo o co chodzi :) Ad. hamulców tarczowych to ich nie lubię. Za duzo zachodu i wielce problematyczne, gdy jest jakiś z nimi problem. Nie podoba mi się w nich modulacja hamowania (prócz Magury :) i nie zawsze dobra skuteczność tych tanich, jak SHIMANO MT200. To nie dla mnie. ❤️ v-break'i ;) Tu bez niespidzianek. Skuteczne, bezgłośne, dobra sila hamowania i dokladna kontrola. (Moje bez problemu mogą wysadzić mnie z siodla kilka m przed kierownicę. Więc uważam jak nimi hamuje.) Nie jeżdżę w deszczu, w wtedy bardzo uważam na hamulce (tu gorzej, wiadomo) i uślizg opon. Po deszczu, obowiązkowa pielegnacja obręczy i klocków to tylko ze 2 minuty roboty. Woda deszczowa jest miękka. Sprawę załatwia szmatka z frotki lub - ostatnio coraz częściej - dobry, chłonny, nie pylacy i bez celulozy ręcznik papierowy. (Dotyczy też obowiązkowego przecierania po deszczu łańcucha i czyszczenia kasety oraz blatów.)

Kiedyś były w klockach powbijdne zadziorki metalu - chyba od połączenia obręczy? Zadziorki usunąłem, zaś miejsce połączenia obręczy wygładziłem. Siła hamowania jest znaczna. Bez ttu6du moge wylecieć przed kierownicę. Dozowanie sily fantastycznie dokładnie wyczuwalne :))) Nie to, co w tarczówkach... - nie lubię ich. No chyba, że to Magury :))
I don't no why people bother with disc brakes you might as well just use the old type and pad type of break it's a much better system if you've got it adjustd currently and the right type of pad for the right type of Wheel don't work with carbon fiber tho! That's the only time you need a disc

Hi, Turn the frame upside down, remove the water bottle cage, spray freeing oil via those orifices inside the frame. wait for few days.
