@@coltonwiley359 its bad. i dont even pay mind to pop music or most mainstream rock, but what i hear at the gym is so bad i cant help but think its a conspiracy waged against the public to dumb everyone down
Miss these dudes. What a talented group. VOL. 1 Holds a special place in my heart. This album is so underrated. Glad Rapture got its momenent. Wish they had more acclaim. Even Vol. II was a strong sophomore album.
Dude, I found this band because of this song. My dad was putting songs on my ipod back in the day and this song was one that caught my ear. I found the full CD among his collection and took it for myself and since then just became a fan of these guys since 2007.
I hope you go see them. I saw them Twice once when they still had even Johns on drums ,Josh Ansley and Paul Spatola. And once with everyone you see here. They have to be the most emotionally moving band you will ever see live. I met them after the show J. Loren was gracious enough to grab a picture with me. I wish them all the best but I really want them back together!
Sarah H I hope I will too. But I have no idea how long it will take me to save up for a trip from the Philippines to the US lol. Awesome you got to see them
He's genuinely a very nice guy. Superb. I've had the privilege several times over the years with my band. It all started in 2007 for me personally. My drummer in 2006 brought the HURT album into our rehearsal studio in Dallas.
My alllll time favorite band, and I absolutely love this song. Anytime J whips out the violin, I melt actually =) Been following HURT for 6 years now!!
"what you guys think?" Well sir its ducking masterpiece Everytime im hearing this song im getting emotional, great song and melody, wish to hear them live, lucky who got to be there ❤
It took coming back to Hurt to find a video that had virtually no negative comments, just love for what we see here, what touched us all inexplicably. speechless.
This is still my favorite Hurt performance. They are all on point, Vic looks like he's having a blast, and J Loren just KILLS it. It's so damn beautiful.
Saw these guys down at the Recher Theatre 10 years ago, right after the Hurt II album dropped...they put on a helluva set , and finished with this song..I always liked this song, but when ole boy pulled out the fiddle and rocked out a 10 minute session from this tune, I was thoroughly impressed...glad I had a chance to experience that!
Oh ok! lol..It would have been the weekend before Memorial Day that summer. I was home on leave from Iraq. First time that I seen Hurt live, and wasn't even really familiar with their music until the week or so before. First time live, and huge fan ever since. During the song, the distorted mic messed up and he slung it out the way, mouth "F IT" and kept singing. It was amazing! I've seen them on a regular show one more time (2009) and then two acoustic sets since then!
i met these guys in Colorado springs, Colorado in 2005-2006..... they just sat and talked with myself and several other soldiers about anything and everything.... just amazing artists and people
:) I know We've been dying to see Hurt again here in TN. I know I sure have. I'm glad it's this year. Got married in June and this song was played at my wedding. The show in Knoxville will be my husbands first Hurt show and our first together. :) SWEET. lol
words can not convey the trenches of emotion this stirs in me. From joy to deep sorrow this band can make me feel everything they put out. No other artist has that ability short of the Beatles.
Hurt!!!!! Come back to Atl! You went to Augusta and I couldn't fuckin make it!!!!!! Love these guys! If you haven't seen this live, you're missing one hell of an show! Hurt- shredding violins since who gives damn!
this band was criminally overlooked. hope they're proud of everything they achieved. incredible music.
yeah hurt is fucking wildly more talented than the demons that have taken roost in peoples minds today.

Amazing band. Love every album of theirs. Wish they would create some more.
Amazing performance! J. Loren's got a furious fiddle!! ❤👏👏 🙌
It's criminal they never recorded a live album
They did it was called The Black Market EP there was only 7 songs on it though.
One of my favorite Hurt songs and this just made it better. Holy hell J. Loren lays it down on that violin.

Do these guys come to Canada? Cause seeing them play live would make me soooooo happy.
Particularly Saskatchewan
Is this thing on a DVD for sale somewhere? Also, do they have a store anymore? I can't find one on their site.
Is that the violin J. rebuilt?
Remember me victor
I remember when J had hair.
