Yes, taht was the point of the segment. Also he always knew how to play the map - he's a challenger player. He just understands what the other junlgers want to do now before it happens
this is why i play as many roles as i can as a new player. its daunting but getting a full grasp around the game and understanding champion interactions is vital for knowing how to help your team win.
Moon Messiah all players should do this, or they’ll never understand their teammates roles and they’ll argue and disagree a lot more. I can’t expect my mid laner that doesn’t play jg to understand my role, of course they’re flaming, ya know?

I feel like it's those jungle guides that really show how delusional we low elo players are when we think we can get better by just playing thousands of games. Sure, we can improve mechanically and grind a division or 2, but the knowledge gap between a good and a bad player is actually tremendous. If I really want to improve I need to LEARN to think ahead, to improve quick decision making, to anticipate enemies' moves, in general how the deeper parts of the game work. And it's a hard job, my brain actually melted more than once when trying to track the enemy jungler, still does to this day, because I'm still a bad player, I still make poor choices, a lot, but I know that I've improved over the last months. I actually made a second account solely dedicated to learning the support role, try and hit gold like I did by the end of last (and first) season in mid and I did. I chose Swain and Braum as my picks (had to drop Senna because 30%winrate is... Well sometimes you're not made for a champion) and I hit gold in 120 games, with 58% winrate on both Swain and Braum (actually I'm quite proud for Braum because he's not exactly considered an optimal pick so low in the ladder) so yeah, while I know I still have, well everything to learn about the game, but the future is bright, only improvement and platinum lie ahead, life couldn't be better except for Aphelios still being OP after 7...8? Nerfs in a row
Well, playing a lot of games definitely helps you with the experience you should get. I've been playing since s2 and when I'm no tilted, my gameplay is far ahead the average diamond player (my elo), because not only i know the macro game, but ive been through so many situations in the game that im already used to almost everything...
well if you're good mechanically you can just one trick some of the champions that require a lot of mechanics but can easily snowball out of control if you know how to play them up to around diamond, but at this rank you will probably have to know something about the game if you want to keep climbing.
Facts. I remember like season 5 or 6-ish, i got screamed at to “stay the fuck” out of dudes jungle so i counterjungled him at blue, stole it, killed them then immediately after the enemy team said “gg you pissed our jungler off n he quit” I then proceeded to see i didnt have red after killing him so i went n took his red and his team probably hated me.
I finally hit challenger last week. Seems like the student has become the master. Ive watched your videos since you began making them. Good shit and absolutely amazing quality.
i was doing this too, but is still hard when u have 5/3, 3 drakes 1 rift and the 0/10 top lane blames u for his kda, actually happend to me, i was b3 last season and now im stuck in iron and ppl dont take me serious just cuz im iron even tho they are bronze and i am doing better than them in the match. so i ended up duoing w a top main cuz i hate having random top laners.
Really appreciate these kinds of videos as someone who tries to get back into playing league/jungle. A little tip of my own would be to make a visual recap in conjunction to your vocal one. It makes it a lot easier to take in all the information, as it is quite a bit! Keep up the vids man!
I want to but honestly, this adds to a video and I would've had to release it tomorrow which I can't afford to do. The problem is two chanenls + streams + coaching is really pushing me so unfortunately those little things that I love, that add value to you the viewer, sometimes get cut. Sorry :(

Got a question. Im D4/3. i got here really quick and easy. but have been here now, without progression for 8x the amount of games it took me to get here. My problem is, i dont know how to improve now. I see your videos, but dont feel i get much, because it is so "in this game" and "at this moment" (hope you understand what i mean here). I watched your videos, did what you said. Every objective I controlled it. My team feed like it is their job. Simply the best way to escape solo queue is to play with someone you know is as good. Without that, I am stuck as a brick in water bottom

Thanks for all information you have given, I am silver in NA And LAN I because my decision make most of the time I throw my lead way and makes my game harder to end. With this information know I can do different ways I think differently and be the alpha
solo queue because you can farm fast and you want to scale a bit more otherwise you fall off too hard. You can afford to because games are longer and you are punished less. In comp you end up being almost a second support with very low budget, and will be giving farm up to mid and adc. You want items that give you as much spike as possible early for fights/pressure
All you gotta do to carry is farm as a scaling jungler/carry jungler such as: Master Yi Ekko Hecarim Jax Kayn Fiddlesticks Kha'zix Shyvana Vi Basically just farm to win

You mentioned the early game dragons. I've been told the first two are pretty much useless, since their bonuses won't scale up with more of their kind. What's your take on them? Should I take them seriously specifically on early game comps or in all situations?
In my opinion, the two reasons for taking drakes are: 1: Getting Soul (no matter which one) is really good with all teams and helps junglers stay more relevant mid-late game. Usually for early game junglers who have the power to take them and use Soul to match the enemy jungler (or beat them). 2: Getting stacked bonuses of the drakes is really good. Having a bit more damage, a bit more resistances, and some ult CDR isn’t that great, but having a large benefit from 2-4 of the same drake is good and can be played around. Usually for late game junglers who can’t get early drakes anyways.
Can somone pls tell me what to do if you have a gank posibility but you only have enough mana for 1 or maybe 2 spells. Do you first Di blue or go straight for the enemy with low mana?

I have literally never said the first thing as general statement... you get the red first if you're getting 6, or waiting for bot to set up etc... you can easily go straight for your gank :P you also can get caught out and killed for going straight towards your goal and not considering the map, that was also covered in a Rengar clip at some point where he did his blue camps for 6 before probing and then fell back to herald (vs shyvana). There's rarely an ultimatum in jungling with those two things.

I am a visual learner and i find myself having a hard time understanding your lessons because you speak about situations that are not being shown on the screen. in this video ( 8:20 ) you spoke about your volibear plays on topside when you fought poppy while showing a volibear on bottom side farming the jungle, which confused me so hard i had to rewatch everying 4 times focusing real hard on what you were saying. so please, synchronize your talking with your videos to help visual learners.
I understand but I can't do that with every situation because the video would be 20 minutes with long pauses. Also in your timestamp, I was referencing the earlier Voli vs Poppy example while stating what you can do GENERALLY and showing an example of taking their whole jungle through counter jungling because of a deep ward..ganking a lane afterwards...and then double scuttle.... and then invading. I said all these things and showed it, but they don't happen at the same length it takes to say it but I try to speed and slow the footage as much as possible to help. In that case showing the same example again would be too much because it's the general point that can applied to countless possibilities rather than one scenario but it was still directly relevant to what I was saying.

If early game comp, take them. If you give drakes to scaling comp for free then they scale faster and get to soul win con faster.

When am I supposed to swap from ward trinket to sweeper? This is the number one knowledge issue I have right now
Usually first back for most MMRs is good. Can place a ward level 1 at ~40 seconds, go back and get red trinket but I feel sometimes it's too early.
