Gravity Ride (negative) - Russian Square Soundtrack

The rarely heard negative version of Gravity Ride, played when you perform progressively worse (or press spacebar to add lines) in the earlier levels.
Each track can go back by up to 10 steps from the start, with the 10th negative track simply being repeated for each step back thereafter.
One thing I like about Gravity Ride backwards is the way it has a similar, but slower development to the regular forwards tune, in terms of its percussion. It starts with the arrival of the clicks by the -5th step, and the full drums on the final -10th step (as opposed to the forwards version, which introduces them on the 2nd and 8th steps). It gives me the impression that it should continue progressing for a bit longer after this.

Ahh, freaky. It sounds like the sax sample is being played in reverse. And actually, this progression doesn't sound all that "negative" near the end. Sounds kinda funky.

I recorded these a year or two ago now, back when I still used XP. Shame the music doesn't work on Vista (at least, not on mine).

I imagine that it wouldn't. I think the game checks for your operating system, and if it's not XP, it shuts down.
Though, if you got Windows 7 and ran XP Virtual Machine, it might work. I thought about trying to run the game and using a memory editor to freeze the timer and modify the playing track of the music to get an even better recording.
