I live in upper East side right now and would like a place somewhere in the 60's or less either east or west. But I would like one with a in unit laundry. I have been spoiled with one now so would like the same

@@suer1994 omg thank you!! I feel like this interaction is what I live for so I can’t relate to those other bloggers!
I was on 83rd and East End before, and I moved down to Hudson Yards (one of the buildings owned by TFC Cornerstone). Unfortunately my building doesn’t have in-unit laundry but the first building I looked at had a in-unit laundry! That one was down in FiDi & is at 10 Hanover Square; I just decided not to go with it because I didn’t love living in FiDi!

Congrats on the new place! I'm with you about the birds. My sister had one that would chase me around her kitchen, I've had a fear of them ever since!
