I saw Stryper play the Palace of Auburn Hills in 1989. I loved them then. I fell away from the church. I recommited my self to God in 2015. I'm rediscovering all the great music that Stryper and other Christian acts have been playing over the past 26 years. this song rocks.

I went to see them last night since I know Stryper since I remember. They played 1980’s and it was amazing, they also played this song and it was simply incredible.
I left Christianity many years ago but I still love Stryper and I’m a huge fan of this amazing group.

When the breakdown part started I wanted to pick up my chair and throw it through the window and go crazy lol. I am so pumped for the new album!! I love all kinds of bands like Van Halen, Metallica, Pantera, Ozzy, Black Sabbath, Slayer, and so on. I just love rock and metal in general but as a Christian, it makes me happy to hear a band praise our Lord with this kind of music. Metal is frowned upon down here in the "Bible Belt" and it's really irritating. It's not the Devil's music. God gave us all kinds of music to enjoy. It's all in how you feel led to use it. I'm loving the direction Stryper is going!

Speaking to those in my circle of fellow music / Stryper fans, it's unanimous.... this is "that tune" that every band wants, but VERY VERY few ever have! I hope & pray, the day comes when an EPIC video is done, to go with this EPIC Metal tune. Stryper has hit a lot of "home-runs" over their much storied, uniquely incredible career. This is game 7, World Series, tied 3 games a piece, down 3 runs, bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, their ace pitcher on the mound, full count on the batter, & after a classic battle of wills, the ball ends up out of the park, a grand slam, over everything, into the river 'BLAST'! It is that great a tune ! What else can you say, Thank You!

They were the first Christian Heavy Metal band and they will always be first in my heart but Bloodgood's music was harder. Stryper got harder after Heavy Metal died out. When Heavy Metal was in its hay day Stryper's music was too soft. They would have one heavy song, 5 soft songs, 3 ballads and 1 funny song. If it wasn't for Oz Fox, they wouldn't have had any hard songs.
This is why God comes first!
As a former Protestant and now agnostic, Stryper has always been awesome... And this is someone thier finest work to date.
Cool that they have so much passion for Christ. I can respect that. Regardless, they hit a home run with their most recent work. Sounds as good, if not better than what made me a Stryper fan back in the 80's.
