    Maintenance is just as important as creativity. Thank you. Ran across this quote the other day and you immediately came to mind. "Do things for people not because of who they are or what they do in return, but because of who you are." --Harold S. Kushner

    Hi! Nice well done tutorial! I saw you didn't use grease the 6-8 inches before the handpiece connection, I think that's in the manual and you did it, but perhaps the ignorant (like me) might have missed that.
    Curious, I have a TX and S motor and bought a used set of TXH and LXH (the square cable version) for the table top speed control. Amazingly they both work? They appear to have the same connection (just looking at videos of people replacing both shafts) Do you know if I can replace the cable with a flag/key type cable and shaft?

    Hey dig your videos. I got a smith little torch like you have. Do you use dark safety glasses when you use and solder with it? At the Lapiday club we have a smith reg. size torch only runs on acetylene and you don’t need dark glasses but when I fire up that little torch I noticed I can’t look at it long at all

      Thank you and no I don't use glasses for the little tort when soldering but I do use them when melting down metals for casting because that is very bright 😎

    Great info! How long did the inner cable last before it broke? Mine sounds like a bicycle with a card stuck in the spokes you or anyone ever had that? I got a maintenance/parts kit on the way anyhow :)

    • @GomeowCreations
      @GomeowCreations  4 года назад +2

      It wasn't very long but it was more or less my own doing. I got a drill bit stuck and that is what broke it 😅

    Foredom has a little pocket screwdriver that works perfectly for this. Its less than $5 from their site.

      Yeah, if you don't have a screwdriver or know that then tour order your parts that would help.
