I’m not an expert but for the stuck bits and stuck collets I didn’t see in the video the part where he breaks the collet loose, he just says “mines already loose” but there’s a tool that is specific for adjusting these handpieces that is essentially a wrench that I used to turn the collet when it’s stuck. I have used a few DIY options when I didn’t have the correct wrench but sometimes the tool is included with a nicer hand piece so check your box. Keep a burr in it, so u don’t crush it, and just get something soft to grab it and turn it as he did with his fingers. Use a pair of needle nose VERY GENTLY and it shouldn’t be an issue. But again, I am not an expert, I’m just an avid user of spinning devices! 😂
is it possible to find cheap collet set for this handle to move from T.30 2.35mm classic to other wide used diameters such as 3mm, 3.2 (pcb drill bits) etc ?
I'm having the opposite problem....I've got a burr jammed in the handpiece. The lever for the quick release will not swivel to release the burr. Any thoughts?
@@wcc101662 take a look at my comments above this on some other people’s comments. I believe it would be helpful for you. Basically you need to get the collet out to release the burr and then troubleshoot from there. So, there’s a small wrench that’s made for these collets (some handpieces come with it, small metal looking piece with cut outs that match the collets) and if you follow this video just add the part where you break the collet free before it’s finger loose. The video shows it already loosened. Sounds like this would fix you up. If you don’t have the wrench, you can use something more DIY like a set of pliers but it’s super important to not squeeze on the collets so keep that in mind if you choose that option. More twist, less squeeze with really light pressure, error on the cautious side and you will probably be fine. Hope you are able to fix it. I will check this post so if you have any questions or other issues I will try my best to help. I’m not an expert, I should’ve mentioned that, but I use this stuff A LOT, so I’ve learned the hard way!
@@bettybho2168 the collet changing process is similar on most of these style drills/hand pieces. A RUclips search might not find the H.20 exactly, but if you can find just about any other hand piece video, you should have no problems getting everything you need to know. The keys are, keep a burr in it while doing anything to avoid crushing it, and use the wrench that is made for removing or breaking the collet free, and if you choose to not use the wrench then be super gentle and don’t squeeze just turn and use as little pressure as you can. The video above shows just about everything you need but didn’t show the collet being broken free, it was already loosened to finger loose in this video. I think that caused a bit of confusion.
Thank you for the video. Having an issue screwing the cullet out ive tried everything Please help!😢
Same!

Why isn't there any info anywhere on how to change the collet to another size on the H 20 hand piece?
