- Ever wonder what its like to be a manager at a horse stable? Follow along with me as we take care of and manage over 23 Horses! And 2 Miniature Donkeys.
My name is Joel, I work and manage Sunny Knoll Stables located in North Eastern Pennsylvania. There's always something happening as we do our best to take care of these beautiful animals. Between the weather and everyday shenanigan's, who knows what is going to happen next!
Today we get started on cleaning up after winter. There's plenty to clean, and even more to get completed. Let's get started.

Joel, self-care is so important. In addition to an Amazon wishlist for the stable, would you please add some items for yourself, Megan, Gavin, Dawn and Jonathan? For instance, you wear the same UnderArmour hoodie all the time. My brother is 6 ft 3 in just as you and I know he appreciates clothes extra tall so he doesn't have butt cleavage! Some ideas would be moisture wicking clothing, seasonal clothes such as snowsuits or special outdoor hats, balaclava masks, gloves, reflective cooling hats for summer, etc., anything that would keep the humans more comfortable and better able to perform your duties as guardians at the stable!

You are allowed to have more than 1 tractor. The one you have fits the barn and the farming side borrow it a lot. It would also make a good backup. Keep in mind that new isn't always better anymore. The market has changed. Make sure you like the new one before getting rid of the old.
Do you have a video with how the stable came to be, your Mom’s experience since you said she’s got a quite extensive background and also your Dad is very handy? YAY Gavin is on the scene!! Givin Leia a little life enrichment, And cleaning up the gear pretty spiffy! As well as making us giggle. Joel is sporting his skills on the tractor- which is not a spoiler about a new tractor if you put it on Tik Tok. And the horses are doing just great It's a good day! Love the new spray broom! Too cool.

Happy Easter everybody ! Manure day yahooooooooooo the wagon will hold 17 buckets maybe two more . I think their ready to come in. Cute pink mane. Doc comes in last Argento comes in first. Pasture first for manure then barn. Get the work done first then wash equipment . When do horses get a shower their dirty to ? I guess it right 17 buckets yahooooooooooooo. Someone get Danial a bowl of soup . Joel why can’t you keep the other tractor and we’ll as the new tractor?Mask and protector for eyes when using blower.

Thank you Gavin and Joel for taking care of the horses. My favorite happens to be Tucker and Weather plus Spitfire. Maybe one day when I get in that area I will get to come say hello and maybe see the horses and also see the Veggie Boys and Girls plus that cuteness called Callie Rose.

Enjoyed the video as usual. But, and I mean but. Not just you Gentlemen, but the Veggie Boys as well. Please wear Safety Glasses when using anything with high pressure, especially when using a high pressure washer. Bad accident waiting to happen. Up here in Canada you would be fined, if the Ministry caught you without Safety Glasses. Thanks for sharing Guys.

Ah, you should have kept recording Gavin cleaning the equipment . . . ASMR. Ever watched when mossy cement, walls, roof, etc power washed . . . ASMR. For some reason, watching someone else clean is relaxing better than me doing the cleaning. Another ASMR with the water broom. You guys are funny.
Maybe we could watch them from the feeding area walking down n eating?

I'm wondering if it would be better if you had a vacuum for the aisle ways.
The blower is too dusty for the building & people working with you.

I'm sure there is a reason but could you not attach 2 or 3 manure wagons like a train so it is just one trip? Also at 10:17 is there something wrong with his tongue? Do you worry about the dusty hay? I've boarded horses with heaves (COPD) from dusty hay and it's not good...
We used to have problems with dusty hay. But thankfully we no longer have any issues 😁
